This is my go to pharmacy. I left another because of the treatment I was receiving. At Walgreens they're very helpful, patient and informative. Joel always goes above and beyond when researching an insurance issue, stock or questions etc. He was the same during Covid as well. The whole team is awesome. I cannot express how much the respect and customer service this team provides is adored! It's not common anymore and should be celebrated. Thank you to the whole team!

The Walgreens on Overland and Five Mile is my favorite. Even after getting a second one nearby, I prefer this one. They are well stocked, friendly, and helpful. Love the staff and atmosphere.

I called the pharmacy asking if a certain medication was in stock.
The pharmacy tech told me she couldn’t give that Information out to me because I wasn’t a DR. And then told me she was going to get her co worker.
What a lazy rude pharmacy.

I try to avoid coming here in the mornings. The lady (not a pharmacist) at the window is incredibly rude and very intrusive into my private information. The only saving grace is the evening employees. Otherwise I would go across the street to Fred Meyer or Albertsons.

This and many pharmacies have been through the ringer the past few years. But this staff has always been amazing to me and my mom. My who was very ill would light up at seeing all of the friendly faces. Linda, Brett, Dan.and so many more..are truly wonderful people. Don't lose them. They are gems.

I am visiting from out of state and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable pharmacist and the very kind staff person who helped me find what I needed. I returned a few weeks later for something else and another pharmacist helped me navigate some complicated issues with my insurance provider as well as questions regarding a vaccine. I was very pleased with both experiences.

This is for the pharmacy! I usually go to the location on lake Hazel and five mile, as it's right by my house. With my experiences getting worse and worse, I decided to switch to this pharmacy to see how it goes. Best decision I've made! Everyone here is super super friendly and accommodating and really helpful. They really help when I need it and answer any questions I have. They really take the stress out of having to deal with medication, and that makes a world of difference.Thank you! You are all so appreciated

SHAME ON THIS WALGREENS!This store did not give an explanation why they were temp closed, I came there at 7:30p at night when they normally open, then I noticed they were closed.

Had a covid test scheduled today at 11:30 at drive thru pharmacy. Sign says pharmacist not on duty. Second place two days in a row that did this. This is ridiculous

So first the pharmacy changed their hours from closing at 8 to closing at 6 and are no longer open on Saturday so if you can't get there from 9-6 you're SOL then to add to that they closed "Temporarily" so the prescriptions that are there, filled and I've been trying to pick up for more than a week... well, so sorry, they don't care. When I went inside to ask what to do to get mine and my wife's prescriptions, some of which are life saving medications, they blew me off and told me I could contact one of their other locations. I'll just contact my Dr and we will no longer use Walgreens.

I've gone to Walgreens in Caldwell for a long time. Now yes they're a little spendy but they have quality products and staff. This location in Boise is cool too. The staff was very kind and friendly. So that's a fo sho plus!!
