Worst place ever for pharmacy!! Please save yourself the aggravation. I've had the same experience multiple times, which long ago resulted in a transfer of my prescriptions to Rite Aid. Today I was on hold for 35 minutes before I decided to get in my car and drive to the store. After a 10 minute drive and 20 minutes in line in the store (with only 5 people in front of me), I had to endure a stupid recording every 30 seconds apologizing for the delay and stating that there are "more than 3 callers ahead of you". Over 120 times I had to hear that! WTH does that mean, anyway?! Are there 4 or 40?? When I finally got to the store after 45 minutes, it said 2 callers in front of me, but 20 minutes later I was still on hold. All I was trying to do is get my prescriptions (which were recently transferred from a nearby Rite Aid to Walgreens due to Rite Aid closing) to a new Rite Aid. I'm not sure why Rite Aid didn't transfer to another one of their stores to begin with, instead of making me go through this, but that action now has them on my S list as well. Grrrr!! So now that I've waited all this time, they won't even transfer my prescriptions. They say Rite Aid has to call. Do you think Rite Aid is going to wait over an hour on the phone for these guys?! These folks are gonna make me break my dry January. Sucking the life right out of me!

Nate, the pharmacist went above and beyond necessary to get me the prescription that I needed when they were out of it. I'm so grateful that he was able to make a few calls and direct me to a Walgreens that had it in stock. It made the difference between me being able to go to work that day or having to call out sick. The staff at this location truly cares about how the customer feels.Side note, they were slammed and Nate still squeezed in this additional task so that I could have what I needed. Thank you, Nate!

I had the best customer service from Dali.She's very knowledgeable and took her time with me to make sure I was matched with the perfect products.I was extremely satisfied my experience and my makeup recommendations.

Worst pharmacy service of all time. I have been a customer for a long time due to proximity but I am going to have to switch. These people are inept and don't care about customers. I honestly hope they go out of business. That's how capitalism should operate.

Scheduling an appointment for Covid 19 booster is a pathetic joke, BECAUSE walk ins have priority and appointments are useless since you go to the bottom of the line like some form of vermin. How sad is that? So sorry that I had to give a one star to get this posted, that is way too many stars.

One of the worst pharmacy in US, if you don't pay attention, they will rip you off, pharmacy workers have no knowledge of what they are doing, I asked for Covid test for traveling, they said that results will be here by 24 hour, I got results after one week, they have lo⁴lots of st⁴stuff buy one and get one for free, t⁴they charge you for both

Pretty much done coming to this pharmacy. Two times I've come here to drop off a fedex package there were issues. The first time the guy couldn't figure out how to get me text message alerts. Not a big deal. The 2nd time I came in the scanner wouldn't scan the package . He asked if I had a QR code but I didnt and I asked if he could type it in but I guess you cant? Seems odd and he didn't apologize or offer any solution. Also, the pharmacist always seems stressed out which may not be his fault due to staffing etc but while I was in the drive through he said it might be a while and it would be quicker to come inside. While waiting inside, another car came up and the lady helped her. He apologized and helped me right away but then proceeded to say he prefers if people come in for safety reasons. Like why offer drive through if you think they shouldn't have it? And for safety reasons? Yeah I'm not coming back here.

I really appreciate the pharmacist Steve and all the staff. They go out of the way to help me with solving issues, even a closing time!! They are patient, kind and always helpful.

The staff is incredible! They are always kind and work so hard! I watched so many people be rude and unkind while they were short staffed and I always got my medication on time. The pharmacist is such a kind man! I appreciate all their hard work!

It's been a difficult time for pharmacy's over the past three years. And for certain, both the Walgreens on Broadway and this Walgreens customer service suffered. So why the five stars? I've been coming exclusively to this Walgreens over the paste few months and they have really gotten things right. They are always friendly, even under a lot of pressure, long lines. Staff remembers me. I rarely leave reviews, and so me taking the time to write one usually means, at lest in my opinoin, they providing a great customer experience. Try them out! They are my go-to at this point and for the forseeable future!

Long waits both at pharmacy counter despite the fact there are 4-5 employees in the back. Waiting in line for 25 minutes is not uncommon. Employees working counter need better training.

No one wanted to help me get my baby formula when I was told to come back to the store only to find out no one wanted to check the boxes just received sitting next to the shelf. It took me 3 employees till they got the manager. Then told the manager I was complaining when I just needed help. This store is a joke so was the “manager”

Wow. What happened to the pharmacy? Something goes wrong EVERY TIME I send my scripts in. It's not like messing up a McDonalds order either. Many people's lives or quality of life depend on their medications. They should probably just shutter the place. So excited to be at Albertsons. They competently filled my order the same day it was called in!!

I would give them less then one star if I could. The are slow, don’t answer the phone and are rude once you finally get to talk to someone. The lead pharmacist or at least he thinks he is.. is unbelievably rude. This place has possibly the worst customer service and sense of urgency I’ve ever seen.

It has become increasingly difficult to get my prescriptions through this pharmacy. The hours of operation are limited, and they don’t seem particularly interested in urgency. If you are headed to pick up your prescription immediately after it has been prescribed be prepared to wait.
