Have never had so much issue filling a prescription. Had to come back twice and wait over 45mins in total, and they still weren’t able to fill appropriately. Staff was kind, the only reason for one star.

Honestly, I wish there was a negative star rating available for this location. The drive-thru, meant for convenience pick-up, proves time and time again it’s inconvenient. It’s either closed due the pharmacist being unavailable or no one is AT the window to help. You can’t even ring the support button anymore because they’ve blocked it off. DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Your sanity will thank you.

Nice store. Largely friendly staff. Upkeep outside needs a good bit of improvement. Black widows multiple places around main entrance.

Products are much more expensive than places like Winco, Walmart, and Costco. Convenient location and easy to get immunizations.

Service is fine, but they didn't have what I was looking for. Which was Ocusooft allergy scrub. Other than that it seemed cleaned and well-stocked.

Waited behind one person for 20 min to pick up rx. One person was helping customers and the other 5 were doing who knows what. Finally a woman went to the other cash register and said they hadn't filled the prescription and that they would if I wanted to go to the drive through. So here I am in the drive through and will probably be here for 20 more minutes. They don't have their act together at all

Super unprofessional. I came in to pick up Covid tests for my sick boss, with Multiple people working behind the counter, 2 people in line, and an apparent off duty employee showing off her baby at the window (assuming employee since they spent time talking at the counter then let the girl in the back after they were done visiting about the baby) enjoy your visit, but do it on your own time. Customers shouldn't have to wait just cause your friends decided to stop by.

The general incompetency of the staff is mind boggling. I’m going to hope that once the finally got my prescription filled, it’s correct.

very bad service in the pharmacy, the phone rings, no one answers, the line is very long, there are 5 of them in the pharmacy and no one does anything, I lazily waited for an hour

For the second time, the pharmacy shut down for 3 days with NO advance warning due to "staffing issues." I had a prescription ready for pickup that was a controlled substance - meaning it could not be transferred to another location. I called another location to confirm that it could not be pulled through to be picked up at another Walgreens while the pharmacy at this location was closed. The only option was to have my doctor send in a new prescription to a different location, and since there was no advance notice, I was not able to contact them before they closed for the weekend. If this had been a life-saving medication, I would have DIED because there was no way to access my medication refill. When I went in to get it after they opened, the staff member working said "I don't think this will happen again." She had no response when I informed her that this was the second time they had closed indefinitely with no notice. When I suggested that they send out some kind of mass notification (call, text) to let people know they were going to close, she informed me they had no control over the messages that go out and that I would have to contact corporate.I know the staff at this location are doing their best - this is a higher level problem that "corporate" needs to address.

Attempted to schedule flu shot on app, no option was offered to schedule at this location. Went in person and pharmacy tech informed us scheduling on the app is our only option. Switched all prescriptions to another pharmacy months ago due to repeated complications and delays every time I tried to fill one here.
