Worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. They call you to tell you that your prescription is ready but when you go and pick it up, it wasn't even filled to begin with due to not having enough of what I need. This has happened multiple times. The deal that broke our relationship finally was when the pharmacy tried telling me my insurance wasn't valid. Ughhh wrong. It's been valid for 15 years! Thankfully the CVS down the road has what I need every time and is able to bill my VALID insurance. Only Walgreens worth going to is the 5mile and Ustick location, but that's out of my way. Don't even bother with this location, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Been coming to this store for years.After my experience with a woman at the the pharmacy today, and another, or maybe the same woman, yesterday when I called, who thought it was a good business decision, to argue with me, I won't be back.Cut the attitude and do your job.The sign right outside says "We're Here To Help!"Place must double as a comedy club.Also, sick of waiting an entire minute to get through all the automated garbage when calling.The guy with longer hair and gal with dyed hair, are wonderful. Too bad there is no consistency in service.

I can't help myself but leave a review. I have a dairy allergy and I have expressed that to Walgreens many times. I have talked to the pharmacist as well as all the staff at the Walgreens on Fairview And Milwaukee. Unfortunately, they didn't take that very seriously when I ordered my prescription that I take daily. After having horrible stomach issues I was diagnosed with IBS. Well, as it turns out it wasn't IBS at all it was because there was dairy in my prescription that I was taking on a daily basis!!! I had them put it in my profile I asked them to put it in all caps I asked them to put it at the very beginning of my profile that I am allergic to dairy and they failed!! Not only did it cost me lots of money but it also cost me a whole year of my life!!! I was also treated very poorly by the pharmacist she acted like I was bothering her! I couldn't believe it when I found out that my prescription contained dairy. Such an oversight and I don't think they even care! Better make sure when you get your prescriptions that they are correct because you're your own advocate!!! Unbelievable I wish I could give them zero stars!

Store was nice and clean and associates were friendly. The pharmacy drive thru line and inside were really long. Not sure if it was the staff or customers.

The older lady with brown hair at the cash register in the store is extremely rude. I went in to put money on my green dot card and she acted extremely bothered that I asked her to do her job. Very poor customer service. If you don't like your job and dealing with people you should prob find another job. Old and bitter.

This is the worst Walgreens in town. If you go up to the counter and the person helping you his named Kelly turn around and run. She's a horrible person and frequently threatens to call the police on people. She threatened to call the police on the person in front of me and myself because we wanted to know why our prescriptions were not ready. The person in front of me had proof online that his was ready and I had called and talked to Kelly earlier and she told me mine was ready. Walgreens might want to consider firing her and hiring someone that knows how to apologize instead of threaten to call the police.

This pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE the staff seems clueless and overwhelmed. I have gone here for 10+ years and this will be the last time I will ever go there. Over the past two days I have been there waiting for my RLS prescription I have to take at night for my legs to be calm enough for me to fall asleep, I have had conversations with numerous others who had been waiting for hours for their prescriptions also. Impossible to get anyone on the phone for any kind of a question. Very disappointing.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy. For over 24 hours I have gotten multiple call about my medications being filled and ready to pick up. When I show up to pick them up they tell me they have no filled medications for me. Finally at the end of the day I am waiting in line for about an hour in the store (drive through was closed) when I get up to get my meds the lady has them ready starts doing whatever to check me out. Well out of nowhere she takes my already filled medications bottle ready for me to take home, she takes them rips open the bag and pours out my meds and I get told they need to be filled. This is terrible all the while there are 2 other employees behind the counter doing whatever while this one lady working a line of people alone and is obviously new and doesn't know what she is doing

Pharmacy is awesome...reminds me to pick up my meds before I run out, wait times are usually only 15 -20 minutes for refills, and they always answer my questions about what over the counter meds I should not take with my prescriptions. Always professional...would suggest they smile more but if I had to deal with some of the people they do daily I would probably understand ? Love the Photo Center too...very helpful in saving important photo's

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars, Nilu SHOULD NOT be in this field of work. I was accused of lying, denied an emergency fill for a blood pressure medication I've been taking everyday for over a year now, but according to her as she shakes her head no and rolls her eyes so far back of her head. I understand that there was a miscommunication/mess up from transferring from one pharmacy to another, I even gave her brain benefit of the doubt that it wasn't her fault and that she was just doing her job, but then for that fact that she, and I quote told me "it's your fault for picking up a prescription from a year ago." Long story short, and bottom line, this is coming from a pharmacist that gives advice and other life changing medications to people that NEED them. I know where I'm billing my emergency room visit too cuz apparantly that's where I should go if I need this medication according to NILU.

Absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy. Agent spoke over me, was curt, put me on hold without warning and then hung up while I was speaking. Want to love them because they're so close but would rather drive out of my way to find another. Boo hiss.
