I’m so frustrated that the pharmacy is never open. When it’s time to pick up meds, more times then not their pharmacist “isn’t on duty.” Very disappointing.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 5 years. The past few months, it’s been one thing after another. They are ALWAYS closed now. It’s a Pharmacy, folks need their meds! Not to mention, giving 10 day supplies of meds instead of 30. This is not the first time and the list goes on and on. I went across town to another Walgreens last week because this pharmacy was closed for 3 days in a row. Don’t understand why it has to be so hard to pick up a prescription, it shouldn’t be. Maybe they should do everyone a favor & close permanently.

This pharmacy is the worst! My doctor called in meds for pre-op, I got the call to pick them up, I work 12 hour shifts so they open after I’m at work and close before i get off, had a friend pick them up and 1 was not filled. Here I am at the pharmacy 9am when they open- should have taken this med an hour ago, I wait for 30 minutes with multiple customers when we are told there is no pharmacist and maybe this afternoon there might be one. This is not helpful. I wish I would have changed pharmacies earlier

This Walgreens is the pharmacy I and my husband have used for over 10 years. We never had any problems with their 9-5 hours. We never needed a 24 hour Pharmacy or one that was open on weekends, so this was fine. A couple of years ago they started not having pharmacy hours on weekends, just 9 to 5 and we were fine with that. Next, they instituted a 1 hour lunch break from 1:30 until 2:00. OK so they didn’t have enough people for them to be able to stagger their lunch breaks. A bit of a nuisance but, we were ok with it. We liked the pharmacy staff. I then had shoulder replacement surgery. My Dr. called in my RX for pain the day before. Two days Wednesday when I got out of hospital, we stopped to pick up RX at 11:00 am. Store was open but the pharmacy was closed all day. Cashier in store said something about a house keeping or off sick…. I called corporate Walgreens and told me that pharmacy was supposed to be open and if it wasn’t, they would have been notified. They weren’t and were shocked. That was October 12 2023. It happened again today December 8 2023. I am moving my RX to another Pharmacy.

Wouldn't take my 100 dollar bill because it was from the 90's. What a joke! Can't even verify my bill is real.

This pharmacy is the worst. One time they took 3 days to fill my prescription because being under staffed is what they stated. Then I needed a prescription filled prior to surgery and they told me right before they’re out and might get it sometime after my surgery. No help in checking on what they can do or communicate prior as they had the prescription that morning and told me after 5PM.

THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES PRESCRIPTION.I came in for:180 days of lexapro,180 days of prenatal tablets,180 days of zyrtecI was charged 30$ for an orange flavored drink mix (I'm allergic to oranges) and only given 90 days of lexapro.

Getting out of this in and out of this place is a real bear to be sure. I swung in for a Mothers Day card and was also disappointed in their selection of them. It's four days before Mothers Day and for a store with an entire aisle dedicated to cards they only had about sixteen Mother's Day cards to choose from.

I’m sorry I work in retail as well with a pharmacy and the sorry we don’t answer phone calls because you can see we are busy yes they had 4 people waiting in line but to ignore the phone call when I was told to call with insurance information I come in and still had to wait because it wasn’t ready when I was told it would be. Understaffed I think is understatement there were 4 people working 1 was just leaving at 530 where I work you don’t ignore the phone calls you don’t ask them to call and on purpose ignore the call. We ran with 2 people and we are busy as well I get it but don’t completely ignore the phone calls that is just unprofessional. Girl with blue hair was kind and so was the women that helped me just frustrated with the phone thing. For that I’m giving a 1 star sorry but we gotta try doing better for customers and yourself as a company.

Terrible experience! I have used this pharmacy a couple of times without issue. However then came this time...My back is spasming and i need meds. The prescription was called in at 1PM on Friday, and i stopped by at 5 thinking it was done but it wasn't. They didn't finish the prescription until almost close (7 hours later!), so i decided to go in the morning.Just got there and the pharmacist is just gone. I called the prescription to another Walgreens and they were great, but then i get a call back and the original prescription had such bad handwriting that the new pharmacist had to call me to have my doctor call them to explain how i should take it.

My pre-surgery medications weren't available 2 days before my operation. I was told they would be ready the next day. I came to the store and the entire pharmacy was closed. I had to go to 4 different stores to gather the required pre-op meds. Unacceptable and unbelievably poor operation at those location.

I gave a 2 star because it's a very convenient location, otherwise it would've been 1, unfortunate everyone here moves at a snails pace.6 hours to fill a 15 pill prescription?And after I was told it'd be 3-4 hour's.Glad I wasn't in pain from the surgery I'd just gotten, oh yeah.. I was!!!
