Absolutely fantastic coach’s. Richard was very welcoming the group was friendly and welcoming. No drop-in fee which is almost unheard of for CrossFit gyms. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

The people and culture in this gym is unmatched to any other in Boise. Zacq and Richard have created such a welcoming and badass space for people to reach their goals and learn along the way. They’re attentive and challenge every single member to be accountable. The community they’ve developed and continue to grow is one I’m very happy to be part of. Simply the best. ?????

What a wonderful personable gym experience. I have loved attending their classes that have a great blend of strength and stability training. The staff are encouraging and knowledgeable about fitness and are helping me achieve my goals. I highly recommend this gym for those looking for a space to grow in their fitness journey through trainer led classes.

Before I stepped into MVMNT I had this preconceived idea about gyms: that I would be on my own, I would never be “as strong”, that no one would ever take the time to work with me, or that I would feel like a fool or embarrassed for doing something incorrectly. But Richard and Zacq did the opposite of every idea I had in my head… this is the most wonderful and inclusive gym I have ever been apart of. I have made many friends, I have gained muscle and technique, I have grown to love exercise, I have grown to love being challenged, and most of all I feel apart of and strong. If you are out there looking for a different experience with a gym, give this one a shot I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Great coaching staff, feels like working out with friends. Richard one of the coaches pushes your pace while helping with great informative tips on movements and the how and why it all works. Coming from another CrossFit platform gym this is not more of the same and the personal touch really makes the difference. I will recommend this gym to my friends and family as well as my cow workers.

Richard & Zacq are such knowledgeable trainer's. Very encouraging and are helping me to improve. Work outs are challenging and vary everyday. Great sense of community. Thumbs up!!

Zacq is a kind, fun, and inspiring coach. He has a passion for helping people of all walks of life. He can challenge competitive athletes as well as guide those stepping into a gym for the very first time. The first time I trained with Zacq, I was very, very impressed with his attentiveness and coaching cues. So much so, that I signed up immediately after a single class with him. I had been trained by many other CrossFit coaches, and Zacq's knowledge and coaching style definitely made an impression. There are a handful of truly wonderful coaches in the valley and he is one of them.

Best gym in Boise, hands down! Zacq and Richard offer the most comprehensive approach to physical fitness that I’ve ever experienced, for any fitness level. I’ve beat my body up over the years executing movements incorrectly, but over the past year, Zacq has really gone above and beyond to educate me on proper form and movement. My core and posture is stronger than it has ever been before, I’m stronger and lifting more efficiently now, and it wouldn’t have been possible without those two. Cheers Gentlemen!

The best gym I've ever joined. For less than the cost of a coffee a day, we get personal training everyday, every workout. Workouts are challenging and tailored to your abilities. No ridiculous pushing someone to their limits or into injuries. Sound coaching and progress is monitored. I've had so many personal records in my lifting in just 5 months' time because of their program. Caring, supportive community and coaches.

Zacq and Richard are absolutely outstanding at what they do! Initially I didn't feel like joining their program but, they have a 2 week free trail period and I felt I could give it a shot. After the 1st week, I realized how beneficial the sessions could be. They worked with me on my nutrition and also my fitness goals. They recognize that different people are at different levels of fitness and adapt the sessions to build your strength to wherever you want to go long term. Apart from that, the fitness center itself, brings in the sense of a community as the people who come in to work out are super fun (some people come in with their kids and dogs who hang out: SUPER FUN). Most importantly, they keep the whole regimen simple (but vary it everyday) and lively. I highly would reccommend anyone to just "Give it a shot".

Zacq and Richard are absolutely fantastic. Their daily coaching have helped me improve so many aspects of my life. I feel much better in my body, my eating habits are much healthier and I am getting so much stronger! You should definitely give them a try, I will bet that you will become as addicted as I became since I started 2 months ago. See you there!

My husband and I working out at MVMNT. We have 2 small children and love the fact that we have the option to bring our kiddos to the gym with us. The coaches take time to adjust the workouts to our individual fitness levels and make sure we stay focused during the workouts so we are able to push ourselves to achieve the results we want. We are truly addicted to the fun yet challenging nature of the workouts, and that’s what keeps us coming back for more. Working out at MVMNT is now one of the highlights of my day. I highly recommend MVMNT to anyone.
