The drivers were exemplary in everything that they did the night that I was feeling really miserable. They were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, very very considerate overall FANTASTIC!!!!!! They escorted me all the way to my chair and made sure I was safely seated. My husband and I ordered a pizza party for the gang at 3604 Banner Ave in Boise for tomorrow. We figured all employees were equally wonderful! THANK YOU!!!!!

Re-submitting a review with clarification since the owner didn't seem to be up to date with what's going on. If you're not seeing that the drivers are late, then they would have to be submitting the wrong times. Either that or you're just trying to make your company not look so bad by saying publicly that you've checked and don't see them ever being late. But here have been multiple occasions where they have been late for pick-up, most recently April 10, 2024. I had an appointment at 1pm with a pick-up time of 12:30pm. They did not show up until after 1pm and we did not depart until approximately 1:20pm. On top of that, they had the incorrect address and I was about 50 minutes late for my appointment.

Switched over to using Victory for transports and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Darcy! They have transportation for all medical needs. On time and amazing! All of their drivers are amazing and very kind. Kudos to Clair and Brandon (Harry Styles as my patient would call him.) Thank you for all you do!

Amazing team, wonderful experience. The team was friendly professional and treated my father in law like a friend not like the next patient to transport. He felt comfortable and at ease which made him less nervous for his appointment. Highly recommend!

I contacted Victory transport for one of my clients who needed non-medical transport from home to an assisted living. Abbi was very helpful in getting the ride scheduled in a great amount of time. The whole team at Victory treated my client and their families with the upmost respect and dignity. They were on time for the ride, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant for my client. Victory Medical Transport is the only company I will use for my clients. The whole team, Darcy, Abbi, Johnathan, Jamie, and Travis, all really care about their clients and the service they give our community.

Victory was scheduled to pick my God-mother up from Saint Al's. Emergency area (Nampa facility off Garity) at 1230 yesterday (Jan 23 2023). We waited till 1315 before a staff member and I put her into my vehicle. Not sure if this is a lack of drivers issue or simply an error in dispatching. Either way...

I cant say enough amazing things about Victory Transport. I utilize them to transport my residents to appointments and even when bringing a new resident to the community from 5 hours away. She said they were nothing but kind and attentive to her as she made her way to us. Thank you to Victory Transport for always treating our residents like they are family.

This is one of the worst transportation companies. The first time we used them they were almost 30 minutes late, which case us to be late then having to reschedule the appt. This time we scheduled pick up to be 50 min before the appt. to give us almost an hour to get there due to the issue last time. They had no urgency to get us to the appt on time and didn't show up for pick until well after we were supposed to already be at the appt. causing us to once again having to reschedule the appt. Not very happy with this place at all and will never use them again. I would give them a zero star if I could.
