Martin and Mikey were absolutely amazing! I went in for a SIM issue and ended up upgrading my phone instead. The process took about 3 hours because of a few hiccups in the setup, but I felt perfectly comfortable waiting. Their customer service was fantastic. Best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store by far!

You wanna talk about no pressure. Martin was an amazing individual to work with, not only was he knowledgeable but he never once tried to get me to sign up for something I didn't want. He listened took his time with us and when we were done made sure that we were comfortable with our new devices.

This is the best store I have been to. Mikey is one of the best employees that is there. They will do what they can to help you out. They are very friendly and really care about their customers. Love this store.
I want to add that <artin is a great store manager. He understands the customers and will help you in anyway he can. I wou;d recommend this store to anyone and ta;k to Mikey or Martin. Dive Stars all the way

if you’re patient when it’s busy and respect it. martin will treat you like family even when you’re in a tight spot. I will always come back to this specific location just for him. I’ve been nervous about starting this new job and he raised my hopes and confidence up while working with me on an ipad. Treat him with nothing but respect and he’ll pay it right back to you. keep it up Martin you’re a real one.

Went into the store for information and was handed such a great deal that we couldn't pass it up. Martin was very professional and informative where we could understand without any confusion. Definitely will recommend Martin and the Verizon store on overland.

Excellent customer service from the entire team. We went through the upgrade process while Verizon was having some technical difficulties. All of the staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful during that time. Manager Martin went above and beyond to help us get set up with new phones and a better plan. Thank you!!

They did not listen to my request and immediately went for an upsell.
I cancelled my service with my previous phone provider and entered the store with a simple request. I wanted a price plan and services provided comparison between their Verizon prepaid and Visible brands. They ignored my request and immediately tried to upsell me to verizon postpaid and a new phone. I reiterated what I was looking for and they acted like I hadn't been clear with my initial request. They collected a bunch of data from me so they could obviously send me more marketing info then stated that they couldn't help me because I didn't have a current contact number. A phone company that can't give a price comparison between their own services to a new customer does not deserve your business! I've done customer service and tech support for Verizon and this store is at best incompetent and at worst predatory.

My favorite Verizon store. Everytime I need phone help or a question I go see Martin! Such a kind helpful man, takes to his customers like their family. Always has a way to make you feel important as does the team in this store. I immediately was made to feel like part of the family! Thank you Verizon for hiring people that care.

I wish i would’ve seen his name tag but today around 5pm I go to this Verizon with 2 of my employees because they needed a phone but didn’t speak english (refugees) so i go in just to ask a question and the older gentleman with blue eyes was helpful and courteous. But then came this white younger guys with a big mouth talking down on me like if he was a billionaire and im just a peasant. I went to college, have a good job and make very good money but apparently he’s those people that love to judge based on looks or maybe he’s racist, i don’t know. he literally was helping a lady and decided to yell everything he was telling me plus giving me incorrect information because i called Verizon and everything he said was a lie. so i took the two employees to T-mobile and they got the phones they wanted with zero down! this is why companies are going bankrupt, because they hire inept people that don’t care about their customers or their employers reputation.

Martin and Jake did a phenomenal job taking care of our new business plan needs. Very personable and solid people at this store.

I've lowered this from a 5 star to a 1 star. These clowns sold fake promos and added lines to both my personal and business accounts claiming they were going to be inactive lines that would save us money monthly. Was a complete lie and took several phone calls to fix both accounts after these morons messed everything up.

Needed to get broken phone glass fixed... all they could do was sell me a $1500+... phone... passed... went to batteries plus & they replaced the glass for $200 in 24 hrs.

disappointed. No one in this store cares and most of all the manager doesn't care. He tried to intimidate my wife and acted like he was out of prison. How could this person get hired to manage and coach your professionals?
