I have never been treated so rudely as I was at this store. I went to fix an issue with my daughters phone as she had some how deleted her SIM card. Not only was the young man verbally rude with his tone, but he also rolled his eyes. My response was I will go to another store to get help. To which we waved me off and said to go on go. Seriously this young man needs some serious training on how to help customers. I have been with Verizon for over a decade. I usually go to one of the smaller stores to get help. It was 1:45om 02/02/2024 at boise corporate office on Milwaukee.

Careful! I got the free cell phone deal bring old phone in get a free s22. They keep charging me for the phone, i had to go back several times to change it back. SHADY. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BILL.!!!!

Jordan and the staff are there to give you honest service and truthful evaluation of what they can save you money on. It was an amazing change of pace compared to all the other cell provider stores.

Representatives can't take care of very simple problems.Will refer you to the phone manufacturer for phone issues.The issue was a plan provisioning issue that all they had to do was take off the feature and add it back on and it solved the problem. Rep pushed me out the door.

Dec 5, 2023My 86 year old Aunt went into the store in Boise because she wanted to upgrade her Verizon prepaid phone to her 1st smartphone. She had taken classes at the senior center on how to use one and was very excited to get one. We've been personally researching for a phone she would like, for over a week and Had a list of 4 phones. Today was the day she wanted to get one. I sent her to this Verizon store because they were usually helpful and was my store when I lived in Boise. I moved almost 2000 miles away last year and still talk to my Aunt every night to check on her still. So she wanted a better phone to contact ALL our family and Video chat. I personally have 6 (used to have 7) phones with Verizon and have been with them over 10 years. My whole family is with Verizon! My parents, my daughters in the military and my 3 siblings families. My Aunt didnt want to be on anyones plan, as she wanted her own AS she is very independent. Sadly, the way the guy acted today threw me back and I felt horrible for the way she was treated, considering I recommended that store!! She called me right after she left the store and told me the guy eventually told her to go to Best Buy. Aunt said he didnt even get off his butt and felt he worked for Best Buy and not Verizon. Aunt said he didn't seem really interested in her or her questions on her list, if Aunt wasn't interested in buying an expensive phone.. He also said he couldn't transfer her stuff from one phone to the other, so she could keep the same number. Because he didn't have the equipment there that Best Buy would. He didn't even tell her how Aunt could do it herself.I don't know what's going on at that store but that customer service is horrible!! You cannot expect everyone to have all the knowledge on Verizon or their phones, Especially senior citizens!! I did pre warn my Aunt before she went down there that everybody's always cracked out on energy drinks/coffee and for her to ask them to slow down if Aunt didn't understand anything. Aunt didnt even make it that far. I obviously talked this store up to much for such a big let down...Look teach your people customer service, respect,patience, compassion and understanding. People from all different Walks of life, walk in to that place. It's not a one size shoe fits all customer service. For real, Do better! Not everything is about commission. What a joke!And you treated her like a Burden. I wish I would have got that guy's name from her. But my Aunt couldn't even remember it cause she was so bummed that no one could help her. Sad that Aunt was treated that way. She is the most kindest,most humblest person you would ever meet. And still didn't have a bad thing to say about him or that store..... Me, on the other hand...... Imma bite my tongue.

Alex was very helpful, did amazing helping me upgrade mine and my gfs phone, and helped me do it without spending all my money! My phone bill stayed the same and I walked out with a iPhone 14, and a 15 pro max! Ask for Alex people, he won’t try to sneak in a bunch of stuff you don’t need and helped me save money!

I was told when I walked in that the iPhone ProMax 15 was available and was put on the waiting list. After more than an hour wait I was told “we don’t have that in stock and will have to ship it.” There were 4 employees walking around and only 1 at a time waiting on customers. The WORST Verizon experience I have ever had and I’ve been with them over 10 years. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Title: Unprofessional and Unhelpful Encounter with a Verizon RepresentativeReview:I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with a Verizon representative at one of their stores. The encounter was so negative that I feel compelled to share my experience here to warn others.From the moment I entered the store, it was clear that the representative was in a hurry and seemed uninterested in helping me. Despite being told that coming into the store would expedite the process and allow me to receive my new phone on the same day, the representative continuously pushed me to call customer service and deal with another representative instead. This was not only unprofessional, but it also contradicted the reason why I visited the store in the first place.To make matters worse, it became apparent that the representative was either eager to go on a break or had finished their shift. However, instead of assisting me, I discovered that they were simply in the back of the store, engaging in casual conversations with their colleagues and seemingly avoiding their responsibilities.As a result of this unacceptable behavior, my frustration grew, especially since I had already spent a significant amount of time on the phone with the customer service department prior to visiting the store. Despite being in the store for 30 minutes, on the phone with customer service the entire time, absolutely no progress was made towards resolving my issue. The lack of help and guidance from the representative was beyond disappointing.Given the unprofessionalism and lack of support displayed by this particular representative, I have made the decision to return all the devices I had purchased and sever any future dealings with Verizon. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience with a company that I once had high hopes for.I urge anyone considering Verizon as their service provider to think twice before committing. My personal encounter was marred by immense frustration and disappointment, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.Please bear in mind that this review is solely based on my personal experience. Others may have had different encounters with Verizon and their representatives.
