Tyler was so very helpful and he seems to be very knowledgeable!
The things that the location site couldn't do, he referred me to the right place and told me what documents I needed.

Needed a couple fixes on a Google Pixel. Both were completed effectively, patiently, and with humor. Manager went out of his way to find the accessories that would work and to clean the pocket debris out of the charger port. He also found a plan that saved a few bucks! Best experience in 10 years as a Verizon customer.

I would never do business with this business and here is why. The employees are great (per all the other reviews) - I only gave 1 star due to the the company - not the staff. They treat their employees HORRIBLY. Long hours, mandatory meetings on days off, managers rely on direct reports for information, rather than being the leaders. Fire long time, good employees, with no just cause and deny unemployment insurance claims. These are young adults working and being completely taken advantage of by this company. I would not want my son or daughter to be treated this way. Too many other reputable and respectable companies to do business with. AVOID THEM

Made an appointment online for 4pm today.
Walked in, one person working and only one person needing help with their iPad.
No greeting or even a hello. Sat for an hour, at 5:02 employee asked what I needed.
He told me he would be busy for quite awhile and then told me making an appointment doesn't mean anything there. I left, what a waiste of time. I work 2 jobs, and blocked off my schedule for this appointment.
FYI don't schedule an appt at State St. Even though online says you can. It means nothing.

My Sales Manager was excellent. He took the time to explain all the features of the new phone options and matched them to my needs. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable with me through the whole process. I highly recommend the 16th and State locat in Boise.

Horrible!!!!!!! The sold me 5 internets boxes cause their system was down they just kept scanning it. So now my bill jumped $300. Tried calling and never get an answer! Place is a joke!!

I love this store, I recently needed internet because mine was way too expensive and not working. Shay set me up with Verizon wifi and it works amazing and it's way cheaper! This girl knows what she's doing I'm Extremely happy

Came in to get new phones we were turned down because they close in 30min ( totally understandable.) what was upsetting was their employee Taylors attitude. He acted like we were bothering him by asking any questions about the deals Verizon has online and went as far as denying the deals that were clearly on their website. Definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

My phone crashed so I went to this store. I specifically asked the employee how to hard reset an iPhone 15 pro max. He had no idea and suggested that I google it. I asked him if he could sell me a new phone and he repeatedly reminded me that he was closing in twenty minutes. Luckily, I went home and googled it and figured out for myself how to hard reset this phone. It worked and now my phone works perfectly. This store is completely unhelpful and I will be going to the company store next time.
