We recently visited a Verizon Store to update our plan and switch to the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. While the process was long and a bit frustrating, the staff made it much easier to manage. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which really helped as we navigated the options for our plan and chose the best setup for our needs. Even though we spent more time there than we’d anticipated, the staff made sure everything was handled correctly, from setting up our phones to answering all our questions. We appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile, especially considering how complex switching plans and updating phones can be. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we’re thrilled with our new iPhones and plan. If you need help with a similar upgrade, this store is a solid choice with a great team.

My daughter broke the screen on her phone and so we went into the Lake Hazel/Five Mile store in Boise, ID to see what could be done. I was hoping to get an upgrade for my phone as well. When we got there, Antonio, the associate was busy helping another customer, but that didn't stop him from multitasking to help us, too. By the time he was done with the other customer it was almost 7pm, the time the store was supposed to close, but he stayed to help my daughter and I get new phones, transfer over all our stuff from our old phones onto our new phones, which mine had ALOT of stuff on it, and it took until almost 9pm! He never complained and went above and beyond to answer my questions and never was pushy or tried to sell us more stuff. I highly recommend Antonio for your Verizon help. 10 out of 10 and beyond!

We waited around 30 mins but no one got back to us. Very unprofessional, unfriendly staff. Total waste of time. I am never coming back to this store.

Just wow! Parker is on point! Great knowledge of products and accounts, transparent, diligent, professional. He really sets a higher standard for Verizon service! Went to another location prior due to late open time, they made some mistakes, he corrected it quickly, it is worth the wait to get into this store.

Can't say enough good things about Parker, he is so kind, knowledgeable about the phones. He helped this senior citizen out..big time. Kudos to Verizon for an excellent choice on personal.

This is my first visit to the Verizon Lake Hazel store. Parker, the sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was also very patient with my very untech knowledge of iPhones and iPads. He was very helpful in picking out both devices I needed and provided info on Verizon loyalty offers, helping to save me money. Being retired on a fixed income this is very important to me. Parker deserves more than 5 stars for going above and beyond with his customer service.I did have an appointment for my visit but with only Parker working in the store he did not know which customers were walk in’s and which had appointments. Also with only one associate in the store he was very limited on being able to provide service to more than on customer at a time. This is no reflection on Parker’s customer service , it is a system issue. I purchased an iPhone and and iPad and had Parker set up both so that added to the time I required for my visit. Verizon does charge now for those services for both devices. Customer service could be improved by having two associates to handle multiple customers.

I went in to switch from ATT because it would be cheaper. Well now I know why They had a deal a while ago saying “add a line get a free phone”. My husband wanted too, but my phone was paid off and just fine. So i said about a million times i didn’t wanna trade in my phone unless it was actually a free phone. He said it would be ALMOST free ($800 off) but that i could do that, and trade in my old device for free accessories AND free AirPods. So i decided to do this. Well i’ve been getting charged full price for the phone for months now and i’ve called three times about this and apparently you can’t do both but they understood it was the employees fault, so they said they’d fix it. Surprise it’s still not fixed. About to lose my mind. I didn’t even want the phone to begin with and because of an incompetent employee (i had to go back to this location, in person, FIVE times by the way, because the phone he originally gave me had a defect so I had to wait for a new one and he kept telling me to come back and then it wouldn’t be there). The amount of time i’ve spent waiting on the phone and going back to the store and whatever the hell has been insane. I feel like they stole my phone.
