I went in the other day to get a couple pairs of shoes. Michelle "helped" me but was incredibly rude. I've been shopping here forever but it's really just gone down hill in the last few months.

Micshele? Was so rude. I left my shoes. I wanted to buy them because jazzy and B (short hair) were so sweet, but just couldn't after interacting with micshele. Next time I go if she's not there I will buy shoes.

Wow! So here's the story.Bought a cleaning kit because my solid whites got a single scuff on the top of them. Mind you that I bought these shoes just about a year ago (pretty proud of that). Upon the cleaning and drying I noticed this horrible yellow stain begin to emerge out of nowhere on both kicks. Once fully dried, it stuck. Both whites were ruined! But...Called the store to complain about the product and how upset I was and the sales rep said "Man, im so sorry. Bring those in and well damage them out for you since it was our product that did that to them. What's the name I can put on the fresh new pair for pick up?" What? When is the last time you have had that level of customer service? Been a while in todays day and age for me and I'm in my 40's.Thanks Vans and well done, guy who Im not naming in case he might get in trouble for this awesomeness (sad that I even have to say that). Fan for life!

Customer service at its finest. I'm very picky about my shoes, and it's very rare to find all black shoes that feel like they're going to last. However every time I walk by a skate shop it seems like the crew are too focused on talking about whatever his current than actually helping customers. I walked into VANS and was warmly greeted by Lesley, who showed me a handful of options and got a few sizes from the storeroom. Having worked a variety of retail jobs, I can tell when somebody really knows their product and Lesley showed she is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does for a living. It was very obvious that the company treats her very well, and I hope store management is very proud of her for giving 110%. Jahanna rang up my purchase for me and was very polite. I was very impressed by the enthusiasm, energy, product variety, attentiveness, and walking out with a nice pair of skater shoes. Thank you all for the great experience.

They are not capable of doing there job right. Check your receipt because they will scan things twice. Then when you ask for help they are rude. Wouldn't shop here. Village is way better.

Super nice. But seriously yall are to much lol. I'm pretty sure every staff member there asked if they could help us. I wish other stores had half your amount of "nice and professional" demeanor.
