I HAVE ALSO NOTICED A NEW CREW, REPRESENTATIVES SEEM UNCONCERNED, A LITTLE SHORT WITH THEIR ANSWERS. I'VE BEEN WITH THIS BRANCH SINCE THE EARLY 90s, NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE, SAD, THIS BRANCH WAS AMAZING.

I found myself on Chinden and needed to go to US Bank. I thought about going to my dual branch and have Mariah assist me with another issue but with traffic the way it was, I was not feeling overly confident that I would make it to Eagle & McMillan. I stopped by the branch near the fairgrounds. MJ greeted me right away and I explained my issue. She started to help me but since it was an issue that she hadn't run into before she asked Sam. Sam provided some guidance before helping another client at his desk. MJ continued to try to figure out how to fix my issue and even consulted her book with hand-written notes that remind me when I first started working for my current job. That little notebook saved me out of so many jams during my first year. MJ figured out that she needed Sam to finish helping me and I obliged and stepped aside so MJ could assist the next client. Sam came back and we strolled over to his desk. I quickly provided a recap and in no time flat he was able to resolve my issue. Sam and MJ were courteous, professional, and so genuine. While this branch is not main branch, I have no issues popping in if I need to get some banking done. The customer service provided by MJ and Sam was superb.

I’ve been going here for a few years every other week. I’ve recently noticed a newer crew and I have been treated very differently. Every time I go to get change, the older lady seems overwhelmed or annoyed and I don’t even get a receipt. Last time I went for change for $100 in the drive through, she wouldn’t do it through the drive through and told me it would “back things up” and told me to go inside. I was the only person in the drive through and when I went inside as requested, there was literally 1 customer in there besides me… I’ve never had that happen before in the last 3 years of going here. Not sure why every time I have come here in the last two months, everything has been treated like it’s a big hassle and she seems annoyed. My past experiences here in the last year have been really nice, but the last few months I’ve been treated poorly.

This bank owns me money over $2000 that I worked my but off for and it's since 2016-20017 my account was hit by a scamer! An I didn't know I had find myself when went to the store, to get few things and my card got declined twice.. An I knew I had money on my card when called the bank and ask? What was going on way? My card got declined and they me, I told them not true and even sent in proof and they said ok. they only came me back $200 of the $3000 and sent me to collections agency, saying I owned them that money.. When know what happen!! But that's ok because they knew, and I both know the trust and as well as God and I know he has me An always will too! An always see me through

My name is Jarrod Corder. My wife and I have had accounts at US bank for years. I have had the worst customer service from the management of this branch. Ricky picks on people and the real managerJeramy lied to me and said she was the boss! .

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Makes it easy going to to bank, from business to personal. They always make me feel welcome. Great place to bank.
