I have had plenty of problems with this bank, but today was the first thing that made me feel inclined to write a review. All I needed were postage stamps. There was no option to get them through the ATM so after going to multiple other places with no luck, I came back to try to get them through the drive-through service. I waited patiently for over 20 minutes behind a man setting up an entire new card listening to cars next to me blaring their horns and when it was finally my turn, I came up to the window and no one helped me. I pressed the call button to have a woman say "I'm sorry were closed " and hang up. I pressed call again and got the same response to which I interjected "please! I just have one question! I'm just trying to get postage stamps is there somewhere else I can get them?" And she hung up on me again. It was literally one minute past the hour. I can't believe the horrendous customer service especially in a time like this where we can all use a little extra help wherever we can find it. I just can't believe how rudely I was treated after making multiple trips to this branch to buy postage stamps and wasting so much of my day. not even an acknowledgment to the huge chunk of time I spent waiting in line for my turn. This is on top of having multiple fraud issues with my account at the fault of US Bank and countless other frustrations. Work on your customer service....

The ATM is always out of cash. So I have to drive over to the US bank on 11th St. to get money out. About to close my account I am so sick of it this is the third week in a row. Fix the damn machine.

I AM 227.00 IN THE HOLE BECAUSE QUEST STAFFING CHECKS WERE NO GOOD. WHAT CAN I DO? I TRIED TO CALL THEM BUT THERE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.WOW I AM SCREWED'.

Had to open a new checking and savings because Bank of America has informed all of us loyal customers that we are of no value and they are leaving the Boise area. I worked with Dave, the branch manager, and he was very friendly, very helpful, did not push unneeded products on me, and kept it short and sweet. It was very easy to open new accounts and I felt welcome. Their online banking isn't bad and they have a good app that works too. I'd recommend this branch and Dave.
