Jayshawn and the rest of their customer service is impeccable. I'm going through a big change and he was able to help me out incredibly. It was a different than normal situation and he was kind, careful and professional. Thank you, guys.

Just got off of the phone with a gentleman and his customer service was great. I left the phone call feeling refreshed and happy. He helped me out big time from not getting an overdraft fee since I'll be able to pay tomorrow! I wish I got his name.

Extremely bad service I have received from this branch location. Around 4 weeks ago. I went to this bank in order to add my wife into my existing account. My wife Was 37 weeks pregnant. I was 15 mins early, they request me wait & I patiently wait until it was open. Bank manager Jacob was my service person. After a long wait, he is unable to add my wife into my account and replied me due to IT issue, I am not able to add your wife into your account. He apologizes and give me some options to keep continue the process. Also, he said that I will call you sometime today, if my system wake up. Being innocent, I have waited a complete week, but never receive any call or message from him. I made a call to the bank and he provided me a blank form to fill out. I have ordered him to Add my wife into all US-BANK account. Around 30 mins after I have completed that form and return to them. In our physical presence, I have stated that, “I wanted to add my wife into my all accounts”. So far my wife was added for checking account only. I made an inquiry call to the bank earlier this week and responder said that, “Jacob will call you as soon as he is available”. I believe it’s been more than a week he never call me. This is how I was treated by the bank manager. I don’t know how other bankers performed in this office, which was led by this type of manager. It is the closest branch of my home, while being less than a mile of distance. I am no more going to visit this branch in my entire life to get any other service.

Rude tellers. On numerous occasions when there with my mom they made rude remarks about 'those rude/mean people moving to Boise from California'. Even after my mom introduced me as her daughter from California. I was considering using them as my local bank and moving some of my accounts there from my Cali bank, but not now. I wouldn't recommend the US Bank to my worst enemy.

Amazing staff!!! I have been banking with us bank for 16 years. And honestly, i was ready to close my accounts and switch to a credit union. Not because of us bank itself. Which has always been a great bank especially when it comes to fraud protection. But because I had been treated so poorly by so many tellers at so many branches. Keep in mind I work in customer service so I am always very empathetic towards anyone in that field. Especially when they have sales goals to meet which any bank employee does. But the people at this branch are so warm and kind. They remember me when i show up with my ridiculous cash deposits and act like its no big deal. Even though it's definitely an inconvenience. My favorite thing is when I'm standing in line and there is an elderly person ahead of me. I have seen these elderly bank customers bring in photos of their family . candy or coffee and anecdotes. It's apparent that these are good friendly relationships. And I've seen these same employees walk a recent high school graduate through their first checking account. And they help these young kids feel independent and strong. It is written all over their faces. These are really good people. I hope a company as big as US bank appreciates the very special staff at this particular branch. They are really lovely people .

There's a closer main branch to me but I always use this branch--more convenient hours and all staff are extremely friendly.
