Great experience. Needed help with my car on short notice. They were booked out for a week but were willing to take time out of their busy schedule and take a quick look at my car. Honest and transparent. I'll definitely come back again in the future.

We recently moved to Eagle and were looking for a reputable repair shop for our two Lexsus'. We had been going to our out of state shop for thirteen years and we knew finding another trustworthy shop would be a challenge. Fortunately for us, one of our new friends, Barbara also had a Lexus and told us about UltraMotive. She said she was very satisfied with their work so we thought we'd give them a try. I called, talked with Bob, (nice guy, easy to talk with) and set up an appointment for Friday of the following week. I checked them out on their website and was happy to notice their shop was clean and well organized and was centrally located right near the Boise airport. With all the confusion of unpacking etc. I got the days mixed up and arrived on Thursday instead of Friday. When Bob and co-owner Jose told me I had the wrong day I was totally shocked AND disappointed because that would mean another hour and a half trip the following day. So here I was a day early trying to get our car repaired from a guy I never met. Didn't look good BUT to my surprise Bob and the other co-owner Jose, must have noticed my disappointment and offered to squeeze my oil change into his busy schedule. (He also fixed my loose rear spoiler and the damaged "pan" under our car AND all at a reasonable price). They saved us so much time and effort. It was my fault that I showed up on the wrong day but they were both so professional, accommodating and willing to help. My wife and I really appreciated that fact. True to their word that afternoon they called and gave me the good news that our Lexus was ready. And we were also happy that we didn't have to cancel our post Valentine dinner reservation. Super important to us because of all that we've been through with our move. Thank you Barbara for recommending them. We agree, UltraMotive is the reputable, trustworthy repair shop we were searching for. So glad we found them. If your car needs repair, try them out. You won't be disappointed.

We were traveling across the country and had a little scare. Called the closest auto shop for help and they were amazing! Clean waiting area and friendly staff. They didn't even laugh when we found out it was my fault for not pushing the oil stick all the way in after checking oil.

Jose and Bob at Ultramotive are the best mechanics I have used, and considering I had my own mechanics in the construction company I worked for in mines of central Nevada, I feel pretty qualified to judge and recommend. Also where I spend a lot of time in the mountains and deserts camping, fishing and hunting, I can depend on their work and assessments of my trucks' mechanical soundness.Jose and Bob always inspect the vehicles thoroughly, only did what is absolutely necessary (as opposed to dealers and oil/lube) joints, and don't over charge. I hope they have a very long and continuing successful business.I was hoping to reciew them to say thanks.

I’m traveling across the country for work, this morning I get loaded up to continue driving and see coolant on the ground.These guys were so helpful in getting me right in, diagnosing the problem, and pointed to another shop (they called a few in the area they trusted and can have my truck fixed same day) and I will have my truck back today!Thank you guys for being awesome!!!
