Every time i’ve gone into Ulta it is always so welcoming and everyone is so helpful. These past 3 times i’ve gone to Ulta one of your workers Deklan (we went to the same school) always makes it not a welcoming experience. I’ve never interacted with him but every time I go he will go up to other coworkers and talk with them, point and stare at me. Yesterday I went and I was standing 2 isles away from him, he was with another coworker. He kept constantly staring at me and laughing with another worker, it made it very uncomfortable. So I would keep the eye contact with him, then he ducked down in the isle so I wasn’t able to see or hear him. Finally I went down that same isle and he hurried and walked away. I genuinely don’t see myself going to this Ulta anymore, I would rather drive father for a better experience. Teach your workers to not have a staring problem, teach them to acknowledge the customers.

I am only giving two stars because the last couple times I've gone to Ulta my experience has not been great. I have only ever booked with their beauty services twice once a long time ago for a hair color. And I cried... She was unable to do what I asked for. But told me it was doable. (It was highlights) It FRIED my hair! Fast forward a couple years my hair is now in great shape. I made a appt yesterday to just get my hair put in two pigtail braids (nothing special) and she didn't know how to braid. After I was looking for a lipstick I wanted a good red lip as it was the 4th of July! No one helped me. Not one person asked if I needed anything. And I would have liked some help. (They were not busy at all) I went to go test spray some perfume and here is the worst part.... I was being watched by staff and it was so obvious. There were two gentlemen hovering around me pretending to look at a picture on the wall. They couldn't be more obvious. I sprayed some Jadore on my wrist as I had never smelled it before and it smells heavenly. Bottom line. And I never ever leave negative reviews. But I felt so uncomfortable 😣 I won't be returning to Ulta anymore. I will instead be giving my business to Sephora. Where I have been treated with respect the last couple of times. And had a 5 star experience. Do better Ulta.

Some of the workers are very rude and make you feel like your doing something wrong n it's so uncomfortable that makes you not want to do business with them and I've seen them do it to other people as well 2 lady's ended up walking out Even

I am so thankful Brooklyn and Helina were working tonight! My purse was stolen this evening- and I needed my makeup for the morning! Tomorrow is a huge day for me, but I went in 5 minutes before closing time. Brooklyn called for Helina to help me quick, she pulled up my account history, ran ALL OVER the store grabbing all my items- loaded me up with the $285 of stuff I needed, and had me out the door in 15 minutes SO RELIEVED. Thank you for hiring such sweet helpful staff Boise ❤️❤️❤️

Was paying for my stuff and cashier named Elizabeth was very rude. She talked to me like I was a little kid when I asked if I can pay for my products. I told her I can come back if she’s busy but she was very annoyed and said “I guess I can help you.” She should not talk to customers like that. I’m a pretty understanding person but that was really uncalled for especially when I would’ve been fine with her saying to give her a minute. I was not acknowledged and that’s why I asked her if I can pay for my products.

My husband got his hair cut by Sylvia W.
He Originally had a hair cut with someone else Sarah K who did an amazing job. He showed up he said it was the worst experience he has ever had in his entire life she had no clue how to cut men’s hair. She even admitted to him after she started cutting his hair she doesn’t cut men’s hair and it clearly shows! There is no amount of words that could describe how bad his hair looks he wanted a simple fade. He said she didn’t even know how to use the clippers she had to get help from someone else. She slipped and buzzed his hair so low she had to buzz the rest of the sides. We have never been so disappointed. If you know this is not in your area of expertise stay out of your lane and pass it to someone else. We just wasted our money and he can’t even go somewhere else to fix it because she buzzed him so low on half his head. Ulta you clearly just want money and don’t care about your clients. Also she flat out lied and told her boss she was comfortable doing his hair. Then she told my husband she didn’t. Stick with women’s hair. Ulta is not for men.
