“I drove a Ryder Sleeper Semi truck from Michigan to Salt Lake City, UT and the truck ate a turbo at 1:30 pm. It wasn't until 2:30 am I received a replacement truck. That day, in Boise ID, the replacement truck dropped several injectors. A Ryder Tech from Boise showed up, I explained the situation and that I had a delivery the next day at 11am. The Boise Ryder team jumped through hoops to accommodate me with a truck. They had me drive the broke down truck to their shop, saving me from waiting on a tow (2 - 4 hr), the Ryder team stayed after hours, found a sleeper truck (880012) and when they got it, were unhappy with the dirty condition of it. They cleaned it inside and out, and gave the interior a full detail. It is the cleanest used semi truck I have ever gotten in. I cannot say enough about the Boise Team. Additionally, the whole team was polite, courteous, and accommodating, a rarity. I wish I could call them out by name, but that 3 days was a whirlwind. Because of them I did make that delivery on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Actually was very blessed to be able to have this van for work for a bit over a week while my Jeep was in the shop... Was able to get to work and get the kid to school and even got my flooring material picked up ... The guy that rented to me was very helpful and very nice... “I showed up and the lady was really friendly, despite being really busy. Got my key and was on my way. Came back and simply parked the truck where asked and gave her my key. It was just that easy. To be able to rent a pickup truck for 4 hours for under $100 is a pretty awesome deal. (I think it was about $60 WITH collision insurance- which I would recommend, just to avoid hassles in the unlikely event something happens.) Anyways.. very happy customer, no issues.”

“The guys at Abyss towing were awesome, and went out of their way to help me get squared away. When I got there I felt like I was walking into the Cheers bar and I was Norm...it was GREAT! I just wish I had a reason to go more frequently.Word to the wise: Lee (the Owner) is a guy, don't let his sexy voice fool you on the phone. That being said, when I messed up and said "thanks hun" he didn't bat an eye.All in all Lee and Chris were great and took care of me like I was family.”

“If you just rent a trailer instead of a vehicle, it is extremely well priced. It requires a tow hitch of course, but so much cheaper. I personally cannot afford the cost per mile and additional fees they charge for the trucks. I rented a trailer for 24 hours on two separate occasions for approximately $20 each time. Plus, you can return a trailer after hours by yourself.”

He greeted us right as we got out of the jeep and walked in with us! He was so helpful when our plans changed from a 24 hour rental to a 5 day long distance rental! Such great customer service!”
