Such amazing people here, they helped me with my kids bike and despite of them being so busy, they helped me with my kids bike and fixed it.

My beach cruiser is so much better now. Thank you to the manager, didn’t catch his name, who adjusted my handlebars so there’s no pressure on my wrists now. I’m so grateful. This is a very clean and professional bicycle shop, actually the best in entire Idaho, I was helped by Chris and Jacob as well. Very happy with the Customer Service . trek Bicycle Boise really values their customers. Also, they are open on Sundays! Really saved me since I use my bike every day.

What an amazing experience. Jake Huff spent a couple of hours with us while I figured out which bike was going to work for me. He was extremely patient and never once made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. It was a joy working with him. I highly recommend this store!

I've purchased bikes and helmets for my grandkids, hitch mounted bike rack (they assembled), travel bags, mirrors, heart rate monitor, etc. Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable people. Definitely the place to shop.

I had my wife's bike assembled here a little over a week ago. Not only did they have the best prices, but they were able to have it ready the very next day.
A little over a week flies by, and the bike starts making a weird noise, and the chain fell off while my wife was biking back from work. I brought it in the next day, expecting to have to leave it and come back, but John was there to save the day. He had explained what went wrong (manufacturing problem) and had it up and running in about 10 minutes time, free of charge. The customer service I received felt like I've been shopping at the store for years. Thank you again, John!

We visited the store over the summer while on vacation (sorry about the delayed review) and everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection in the shop as well. Great place to visit!

I haven’t ridden a bike in 20yrs but eager to get back to it!!. We have always purchased trek bikes growing up. But, The new tech is like speaking a foreign language..We have been to several bike shops recently and every one has spoken to me condescendingly, with a big ego and massive disrespect because i was not familiar with all of the terms and new features… Fortunately, we were met with Jake at Trek Boise who treated us with respect and helped us through a purchase of 2 bikes that I am very happy with. We will be buying 2 more for our kids next week. Great experience. Thank you Jake !

Great experience buying bikes for myself and wife. I got Verve2 which I love my wife bought a 24 inch cruiser without gears bike which fit her perfectly. Well 6 months later she wants to bike to keep up with me so we needed a 24 inch bike with gears but she really likes her cruiser. I went back to trek and worked with me to find a replacement and gave me a good trade in on the first bike. So we transferred all her accessories and we are ready to tackle the road at the same pace now. Thanks Tess on the sales team and Jake in service for switching over all the accessories over to the new bike. I would recommend TREK to anyone that wants a great buying experience and service after the sale.

We were just going in to test ride the Verve, our local shop did not have one to try. When we met Tess. She was so helpful to my wife and me. No sales pressure just great information. So we ended up buying two bikes and will come back and get them when we return in December. We have visited bike shops all over the country and by far the best customer service is right here.

Never met a greater bunch than the people here. I was treated like a valued customer through and through. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of for me. Trek will now forever be my go to company and this bike shop will be where I conduct all of my business!
