This is the third time I have had procedures at Treasure Valley Hospital. Each time I went there I had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and competent. The procedures were done on time. I have no negative thoughts or comments.

From the efficient front desk to the surgeon and procedure to the recovery in the hospital,
my experience with TVH was excellent. I have spent time in several hospitals. None was more efficient nor competent than TVH. Even the food was very nice. My thanks especially go to my nurses and CNAs who made the stay as pleasant as possible.

This year I had two experiences at the Treasure Valley Hospital, having one total knee replacement in June, then my second total knee replacement in October.
The minute you walk into the Treasure Valley Hospital, you feel this amazing healing energy coming from everyone that works there. From your 1st appointment with the nurses before surgery to the moment you leave after your surgery.
Dr. Poole must be the best knee replacement surgeon in the country. His before and after surgery at home care program is also amazing. I truly had very little to no pain at all.
Travis is an artist. He works with Dr. Poole. Travis stitched my knees back together. I can almost not even see my scar already.
If it is finally time to do something about your knees, don't be afraid, I promise.
Make that appointment with Dr. Poole.
It truly is a miracle.

Absolutely the BEST care I have ever received at a hospital. This is the only hospital I will ever use. I cannot say enough about the staff, the facility, and my patient experience. Everyone, Dr Chopp, his staff, and the anesthesiologist were phenomenal. They took the time to answer my questions and as a result, I was thoroughly prepared for my shoulder surgery. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Hospital and Dr Chopp.

DO NOT GET IMAGING DONE HERE. If I could give one star I would. My sister got imaging done about a year ago. The facility performed the wrong test and they have been harassing her with payment for the past year, even after thinking she had it fixed in May. She recently started getting calls again. Her doctor’s offices confirmed it was the right order sent multiple times. This facility keeps saying it’s her/insurance problem. They performed the wrong test and will not accept responsibility and continue to try to charge her for it, be warned.

I travelled from Medellin Colombia to see Dr Austin Slade who completed the HoLEP procedure at the Treasure Valley Hospital. Dr Slade was the best doctor I have ever seen and the hospital staff and high-tech modern equipment at Treasure Valley hospital were best in the world! I can't thank Dr Slade and his team at the Treasure Valley Hospital enough and highly recommend anyone with medical problems to seek assistance from him at Treasure Valley Hospital

My stay at Treasure Valley Hospital was like staying at a luxury Hospital. Dr Noonan is a top notch surgeon too, no problems with my surgery at all. Anesthesiology did a great job as well, I was out in no time. My nurse Monica was very kind and informative and she was right there with everything I needed. Ben was my nurse at night and he monitored me quietly, letting me get my rest ??. The kitchen even had Vegan options! I highly recommend Treasure Valley Hospital for your family hospital.

I had a procedure by Dr Austen Slade on the 16 th of Sept at Treasure Valley Hospital. The care that I received at the hospital was phenomenal from the time I checked in until wheeled out to my car. I was pampered so much I was beginning to think I was the only patient. Everyone that I came into contact with was absolutely professional all the time!

I travelled from Canada to have a HoLEP procedure with Dr. Slade. Canada's universal health care system is substantially strained due to underfunding, which meant that I would have had to wait for 3-4 years to have a HoLEP procedure. With symptoms worsening I knew that I could not wait that long. Thanks to Dr. Slade, I was able to coordinate a surgery within about 6 weeks. The entire experience at the hospital was top notch. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Pre-admitting, admitting, and the many nurses who cared for me from pre-op to post surgery all were exceptional. I cannot think of single complaint, instead I only have accolades. I even received a card from the admin and nursing staff when I got home. This was a welcome change from my experiences back home in the Canadian health care system. I would have no hesitation going back to Treasurer Valley Hospital for another procedure should the need arise.

Dr. Montalbano changed my life—he humbly shrugged it off when I told him that, but I had been living with debilitating pain for over 2 months and he performed surgery that took away my pain and restored my ability to walk and lie down again without any discomfort. His attention to detail, intelligence and kindness stand out to me as what makes an exceptional physician—skill and precision with excellent bedside manner makes him a surgeon I would recommend to anyone. All the staff were exceptional, patient and genuinely care about my recovery and I could not have had a better experience. Thank you to everyone who helped me on my road to recovery.

From scheduling to discharge, I felt cared for as a person. TVH is a great hospital with amazing staff. From reception to nurses in prep, OR, and recovery every person was attentive and ready to assist, answer questions and make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect. Every physical space and piece of equipment is exceptionally clean and up to date. Dr. Menen is an exceptional surgeon. While I hope I do not need further surgery, if I do, Dr. Menen and Treasure Valley Hospital will be my very first choice. Could not be more pleased.
