Josh was wonderful. Bought a pair I didn’t love, exchanged for another, called Josh twice and met him in the store both times and had nothing but a good experience with him. Rare to get good customer service these days, thanks Josh!

Jacob was awesome helping me find the right shoes! He didn't hesitate to help me go through several pairs and knew exactly what to try next based on what I was looking for. While I normally feel awkward and lost in stores like this Jacob helped me feel comfortable taking my time to find the right fit.
