If I could possibly give this one a -50 stars I would I cannot believe the disrespect that I just encountered from walking into the store and only been in there for five minutes. The blonde one at the counter with the short hair was rude to me the moment I walked in and I tried to make small talk with her and she did not want to hear a word I had to say. I cannot believe that people are allowed to work in customer service who act like this I really hope and pray for this company she gets fired immediately . Very unprofessional and if I didn’t have tough skin she probably would have made me have a bad day. The unnecessary stuck up attitude is search a ugly look on mankind. Women like her that think they are better than everybody else And treat other human beings in such a manner is a reason why there are people like me who have social anxiety and don’t even want to go in public as a time for being worried about how someone might look at you. So disgusted I really hope that she is terminated…. You never know what kind of day someone is having and how you treat them could honestly possibly be the topping on someone’s cake and just send them in to complete insanity.

First time going to the store to pick up a pipe and tobacco for for husband for Christmas which I needed advice on. I never had such a rude person rushing me to get me to buy it and leave attitude. Amanda you need to be more patient and kind to your customers. I'll never go to that store again.

Everyone that works there is always so pleasant and fun to interact with. Nick is probably my favorite person there. The Store and Assistant managers(sorry I never catch your names) are also so very pleasant and nice to interact with. And it only took me going there about twice before they started remembering what I get lol. Definitely come here for all your tobacco needs. Keep up the great work you guys!!

I have yet to meet an employee of a tobacco connection that I dislike. They are all super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products they sell they don't upsell thank God, and I can tell the under their masks they are smiling at their customers. I have been consistently impressed by the service I have received at any and all tobacco connections I have gone to.

Every single time I go in here, I watch as the clerk cards a black man or woman who is clearly older than me, who is in work clothes, and then does not card anyone else in the store. Messed up. Won’t be back

We had family visiting from out of state and they wanted to purchase some local huckleberry vodka. They didn't catch his name but the guy working that evening was so helpful and nice. They were very impressed.
