This is a great place with very friendly service. Ally Pearson has worked with me two separate times to improve different injuries. I always appreciate her mobility exercises as well as being very knowledgeable about the body. I would highly recommend!!

I've been going to Thrive PT for a few years now and have seen a few different therapists and they have all been amazing, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in my recovery! Highly recommend.

The team at Thrive PT truly care about your wellness and helping you improve your mobility. In addition to helping me fully recover from my shoulder surgery by providing me with the ‘home-work’ that was easy to follow and track via on their App, they listened to my concerns and worked with me to alleviate an unrelated issue that had been causing me discomfort for years. I didn’t realize how bad the discomfort from breast cancer surgery 12+ years ago was until it was gone! I highly recommend them.(Actual patient)

If you are unsure about who to trust with recovery from a surgery or injury look no further than the team at Thrive PT. The location is easy to get to and free parking is a bonus in Boise. The therapists are all detail oriented and very knowledgeable. In addition to helping me fully recover from a challenging shoulder surgery, my primary PT, Ells, helped me relive some fascia issues causing chronic pain that I had resigned myself to enduring as part of previous cancer treatment. She really knows her stuff! The at-home exercises were made easier with the Physiotec App that gives you video illustrations of how to do the movements and a way to track your progress .I would definitely use them again, but hope I never need to.

MEDICAL MALPRACTICE DUE TO DELAY OF TREATMENT BECAUSE OF INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS. I'm positive all these over-the-top 5 star reviews are fake. They are also thieves! No good. Bad communication. Slow to respond. They don't listen or HEAR you when you tell them something even when you say it repeatedly. They don't do what they say they will. Oh and the office receptionist dispenses medical advice. I've gone to a neurologist becauseI was not diagnosed correctly here and my condition was worsening. I needed immediate surgery. It turns out I had extreme carpal tunnel syndrome. They literally told me "Do not go to the emergency room. They can't help you." I had to go and the doctor there helped me tremendously. My co-pay at the ER was less expensive than my first visit here. But they did tell me "good luck with your pain." Go here at your own risk. They also stole money from me by only partially reimbursing me on a return of a foam noodle that hurt my back tremendously. They are awful!!! Very bad experience.

This is my second time that I have been helped by Thrive Physical Therapy. Aly my therapist listened to what I needed and worked on exactly what I needed to recover. She made sure to have my exercises progress at a rate that did not cause pain but built my strength up. No pain and all gain!

My mom has been going to Thrive for the last two years. At age 90, she is not as flexible as she once was, and looks forward to her time spent with Aly, building her strength and balance. The staff and their kindness, flexibility and professionalism makes Thrive the best fit for us.

I am always impressed with the welcoming staff in the office. Thank you , Cinnamon, for making my appeal for more sessions (after insurance denial) seamless!!Thank you, Kim, for your expertise and guidance through a 2nd shoulder rehab, including a significant setback along the way. I appreciate your patience and positive pushing through the healing process. I feel confident that with my home program, I will continue to gain strength and be skiing next winter. Thrive Physical Therapy has been a very positive experience for me, both of my visits in the last 2 years- the 1st for a rib issue from swimming, and the 2nd a stiff ankle from overuse while summer hiking. The positive energy of the staff was wonderful. Communication is fantastic. My PT Ali gave me a clear, understandable assessment of what likely was amiss. She answered all my questions, included me in direction of rehab and decisions, and had full confidence in me. She knew when I was ready to stand on my own, and made sure I had the tools to work out any possible future issues. I highly recommend Thrive PT.

The women on the team at Thrive Physical Therapy on Bogus Basin Rd. are first class! They are all extremely knowledgeable and show how much they care about their clients as patients and as people. You have the full attention of your therapist for your entire appointment unlike many physical therapists I have had in the past who treat multiple patients st the same time. They are dimply THE BEST!

The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the therapists are very knowledgeable and caring. The best part, however, is that therapy is truly one-on-one. Each therapist spends the entire session with one patient. There is no substitute for that.

Ali and the whole team at Thrive are amazing. I’ve been to other physical therapy offices where you feel like you’re just another number. The PT’s here take care of you from beginning to end. There’s no passing you off to an “exercise specialist” after the PT sees you for 10 minutes. Front desk ladies rock and the PT’s here really know their stuff. Thrive will forever be my go-to PT office in Boise.

I consider myself extremely fortunate and have benefited immensely from the care I have received from Kim Kutzner in recent years. Most recently, Kim addressed a hip issue that returned this January (after her healing care back in 2017) that allowed me to delay my need for hip replacement until May of this year (after ski season). With Kim's care, I was able to complete my ski instructor job at Bogus Basin virtually pain free and be better physically prepared for the very successful surgery. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Cervical Radiculopathy and was advised by my Neurologist that surgery was going to be likely to correct pinched nerves and sporadic spasms in my neck and shoulder. With Kim's exceptional applied therapy and exercise program the pain and discomfort disappeared. My Neurologist and GP Doctor were pleasantly surprised.I am very thankful for my experience as a client of Kim's. She has certainly made a huge positive difference in the quality of life that I get to continue to enjoy now in my 70's.

I was referred to Thrive Physical Therapy due to my progression of Parkinson's Disease. My experience with Kim was so rewarding and I did not like that I needed to make a decision to change to a physical therapist closer to home. Kim would always ask how I was doing/feeling the beginning of our session. If I was having or pain or stiffness in an area she might not had a plan for that day, she would make sure we addressed my concerns before moving on to the next step of my program. I felt so much better after my appointments which would include a program (emailed or an app on my phone) that would help me continue some of the exercises at home so I could continue to fight against the effects of Parkinson's Disease. I live 1hr 20 min from the office and needed to make the decision to find a physical therapist close to home. The front desk personnel were so helpful and pleasant with scheduling and the required insurance paperwork. I highly recommend THRIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY.
