Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfy.
Nearby activities: We stayed at the grove to go to a concert at the Egyptian theater. Walking distance so it was fantastic!!!
Food and drinks: We had a night cap. At the bar in the Grove. Lovely gal working the bar. We also ate at the Trillium at the Grove for a very nice breakfast.

Great Hotel and the Hockey Arena is stellar. Go Steelheads.
Walkability: Minutes walk from everything downtown.
Food and drinks: The Grove bar is the best. Haley and Haley are great and super friendly bartenders.

Was at the Grove for a work conference - this was the perfect hotel. Great location everything was walkable - resturants, stores, bars, & activities. The food in the restaurant was great and reasonable priced. The employees were respectful, and hospitality was amazing. We had an issue with the tub drain on the first day and notified staff, and it was fixed immediately.

This hotel is attached to the arena next door. There's an entrance to the arena from the lobby. They also have bikes available for guests & it's conveniently located to many places...

I visited as a guest for a gala event, so while I can't speak about the rooms, I can say the hotel main spaces are very nice and the bar staff were excellent. Very clean and modern, and the lobby is spacious and well laid out.

I used to travel for a living from Ohio to the West Coast and stayed in many a high end hotel. I happened to be staying here as my wife was having surgery down the street at the main St. Lukes Hospital. The room they picked for me (I asked for quiet) was absolutely PERFECT. Dead end on a high floor and never knew there was any others nearby. It doesn't get any better. The bed was rather comfortable. The TV large. The bathroom and amenities were perfect as well. The room was spotless with no remnants of a previous user. I used room service both mornings I was there, and it was superb. The scrambled eggs were exceptional. They have a Almond coated French toast that is really something. The orange juice was very much like fresh squeezed and the drip coffee very good indeed. The parking was so easy to work with being attached to their main building. All in all, those that assisted me both at the front desk and room services were 1st class. If I ever have a need to stay in the area again, I'll be sure and make the reservation HERE!

Wonderful Hotel. Great staff, the Coffee that came with the room was good—rare experience at most chain hotels. Clean, well maintained Hotel with large lobby, restaurant and tons of comfortable seating. Our car was waiting for us at the entrance by a smiling attendant—who does that? Oh, and the room A/C was quiet. Cheers!
Safety: The surrounding streets and neighborhood were clean, well lighted with friendly people. We felt safe and relaxed.

Nice 3 star hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was great and had everything you could need to get a good workout in. It also had a little yoga studio and indoor pool. The location of the hotel was great right next to the convention center and right in the middle of the city with tons of restaurants and bars around the corner.

I’ve got the biggest suite and I’ll tell you all about it.
First impression Was the rug on the hallway was stained and disgusting honestly.
The room had three rooms and three bathrooms .
The bathrooms floor had so much hidden mold to the fact anything white that touches it turns brown .
I tried one of the waterparks pretty small but it’s good
It’s not my first time as I’ve came here about 4 years ago wish they fix the moldy bathroom floors and clean the hallway rugs

I showed up in a flurry after my flight was delayed, I had an important meeting to take virtually ASAP. Cariss at the front desk saw my (obvious) aura and immediately helped me get the WiFi, a quiet room and took great care of me. Love this hotel just for the service! Meeting went great and tremendous thanks to her and her service.
