If you wanna go to a Taco Bell that’s going to completely mess up your order every single time you go then this is the one folks. Congratulations you found it, the absolute worst Taco Bell in all of Meridian. I visit this location frequently with my wife, unfortunately for us, because it’s closer than the one on Fairview that actually gets our orders right almost always Time and time again this constantly messes up my wife’s dietary requests and misses items. Today it was my Cinnabon delights that I specifically asked if they had enough for two orders, guess who didn’t get any. Additionally I didn’t get any napkins, the hot and fire sauces I requested, and no utensils for my fiesta potatoes Even when the location is not busy it’s problem after problem.Vegetarian options: Make sure you double check your orderDietary restrictions: Fail to follow dietary requests

I was impressed that a late night stop at this Taco Bell with a long line provided fast, friendly service and got us our order, mostly correct. (2 tacos were not deluxe, not a huge issue for us). I am not a regular Taco Bell customer ( I can't actually remember the last time I went), but I was impressed.

I usually love this Taco Bell but after how I was treated tonight I will no longer be ordering from them. I order Taco Bell through DoorDash and when my order was delivered, I was missing an item and and also two of my items were incorrect. I called Taco Bell to see if they were able to remake the missing item and the two that were incorrect but some very rude mean lady was on the phone and told me that I couldn’t get it remade because it was DoorDash‘s fault, and that she had nothing that she was able to do. She wasn’t able to give me any store credit or anything at all, and she was just being very rude and disrespectful towards me as we were trying to be very nice and ask her if there is anything else that she could do possibly and she said no it’s not my problem. She told me to go ahead and contact DoorDash and so that is what we did. We contacted the Dasher first, and he told us that he was handed the order sealed and that is it and so we went ahead and contacted DoorDash and thankfully they were able to refund me my order, but I rate my overall experience a zero out of five I will never be ordering from them ever again, especially as to how rude the employee was and I do not recommend anyone come to this Taco Bell if they want to have a pleasant experience thank you

I was left standing for quite a while before being directed to the kiosk. After that I waited for way to long just to receive my food. They had no child friendly chairs for families, highly understaffed. An employee was having a loud phone conversation. This is possibly the worst experience I could have. I was pregnant and simply wanted some food. Multiple other people had issues as well with their items. I do NOT reccomend this Taco Bell.Update: the manager was goofing around talking instead of helping the growing amount of issues. This taco Bell is poorly managed. We received the food, but it was sub-par and a waste of my time and money.

What happened to the day when someone would great you and then help you at the counter? One employee just pointed me to the computer box! No thank you, I would like to talk to someone. After two cars in the drive thru were helped, a very nice gentleman came over to help me. Really!!! Where is the customer service?

Tyler S was beyond cheerful and helpful! He gave me the most amazing vibe the moment her greeted me through the drive thru! So friendly and cheerful amazing worker!

Worst experience at taco bell ever. Apparently it was the manager taking orders at the front counter and she was very rude and short with the people in front of me. Used being short staffed as the reason. I didn't even order due to her attitude towards the people ordering. Horrible customer service!!
