Dom completely messed up my bill. Went in to try and get it fixed. Was told no manager was on duty. I went back the today and waited on Dom for an hour before leaving. Going to verizon.

This Tmobile store is great! Everyone in there has been super helpful and patient with me. I must say that Dominic is the reason that I switched from Verizon to Tmobile. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Not to mention he understands that customer service extends beyond the moment that you are face to face. He makes sure to follow up with anything he says he will. I'm sure any of there associates are great but in all honesty, if you go in ask for Dominic!

Decided to go cop an iPhone 15, Will made this experience exceptional. Not only did he make it a quick process it was also enjoyable. They got a great deal goin on giving out free AirPods with the iPhones.

If Dominic were a tree, he would be a mighty oak. He has rooted himself as a resource of strength and knowledge. As we were trembling like a leaf, he provided a way to calm us because were worried about the changes that had been made to our account and he reached back in history to show previous charges and help prorate them. Plus, I’m pretty sure I saw birds gathering around him. Great help, great employee, great experience!

First off let me just say that Dominic helped me in a major way. Unfortunately I couldn't port my number over due to someone not wanting to release my number. Dominic was so quick to get me a new account I felt he was Moses parting the Red Sea. Bringing all the people to T-Mobile! He truly was a blessing. I feel like God sent him to help me. Somebody give this guy a raise!

This rating is solely focused on my experience in transferring data from iPhone to Samsung at this location. Ii had been using the samsumg note 20 5g for just under a month. I had many photos and videos from a birthday vacation the week before coming to this store. They told me they had to factor reset my phone in order to transfer over contacts data from my iPhone. I had everything else fom my iphone on there I just needed missing info from contacts.They backed up my phone. This took a while to do. Then, they factory reset. During this process of bavimhg up and the data and transfer my battery was.low on both phone's so they charged them. Afterward they did most of the transfer then sent me home to do the rest with the two phone's connected. When this finished that evening, i discovered all of the photos and videos were goneThere was 1 backup recovery point, but it did not include any of my photos, videos, or music. None of this was in my google photo or one drive either. Its impissoble to navigate Damsung cloud, and i have no clue if ygey a sve photos or not. Such a shock that the samsung cloud system offers so little compared to iCloud.Sadly (deperssimg and disappointing), they lost all of my.photos and videos forever. I want back the next day to see if they could recover them. A different associate tried for about an hour with no luck. They told me to go to Geek Squad. I went to the Geek squad they could find them either. I have lost faith and trust wirh the in store service at TMobile. An apology just doesn't make things better.

Huge line of people… Indian/ Hispanic looking girl with a nose ring and hoop earrings was literally just spending her time not doing anything but flirting with another customer. Very frustrating to watch her while there were so many people waiting in line to be helped with urgent issues. Absolutely abhorrent. Never in my life have I witnessed such a lack of respect for customers

Picked up the iPhone 15 Pro Max today in Titanium Blue. I wish I could remember their names, but the guy and gal helping me out this morning (8am on 9/22/23) were super helpful and friendly. Got me all set up and got me out the door in 20 minutes or less. Thanks guys!

We have used T-Mobile for years, but we might finally change. Literally, EVERY single time we upgrade our phone, our bill is messed up from the employees in the store changing things over. I end up spending hours on the phone or in the store for them to figure it out. This latest time, the employee told my son he needed to change his number for his new phone to keep the same discounted plan. He did so, even though that's a pain. Not only was there no discount, they added 2 mysterious lines to double charge us. I have been on the phone, once again, for over an hour as they figure out why this occurred. It's exhausting. I hate writing poor reviews, but enough is enough.
