T-Mobile on Milwaukee across from the mall is terrible. They have people working who don't know what they are doing and have to call their manager Jennifer after over and hour of conversation just tell us they may not be able to transfer or do the trade in. When I asked for her name so I can let her t mobile know about how they can train employees better and maybe smile and greet customers she would not give me her name and was not wearing a name tag. So she gave me her managers name whose is Jennifer and then I asked the other kid with a tattoo of lips and a play boy bunny on his neck what her name was he declined as well. I don't know what kind of trainer t mobile does but it is absolutely embarrassing for t mobile. But the guy did offer his name and it's KP for whatever reason the little Hispanic girl with fake contacts could not because she knew she was in the wrong. Funny how we go to another store and get exactly done what she said she couldn't do after speaking with her for over an hour. T mobile should look into reconsidering who they hire. Gave 1 star only because I had to to be able to post this.

Go to the TMobile store in the mall. DONT COME HERE! This store got sales scammers. I switched over from another carrier and the sales rep was cool but kept trying to get me to buy 3 tracking devices. I declined everytime and said if I need them I will come back for them. She also tried to set up my online account but said she was having issues. I went back to upgrade my phone like 2 weeks later. & all of a sudden I had a huge deposit amount. Another rep said it’s because my financing changed and I was confused so I left. Called customer service and they said it’s because I had 5 lines on my account. 3 tracking devices included. I couldn’t see my account because she had issues setting it up. It’s now January and those devices are still on my account, the store wouldn’t remove them and told me to contact CS and customer service keeps giving me bill credit. I’ve worked for phone sales before and quit because of sales ppl like this. They screw you over for $20 extra on their commission. It’s a headache for us and nothing ever happens to them. & don’t complain to a different sales rep there, they gonna have their coworkers back lol

I love t-mobile, but this store has given less than desirable service.I walked in to replace my phone: no one greeted me even to let me know I'd have to wait. Several employees were slouching around without any customer engagement even there were several customers at the counters and waiting by the entrance.

We’ve been with T-Mobile for several years and each time we upgrade we are reminded why we stay with them. Anicia at our local T-Mobile store was so helpful and patient, explaining the services and functions of our new phone. We love being T-Mobile customers!

I had the best experience I have ever had in a cell phone store. I was recommended by a friend to come into this store because of the great service the employees and manager provide. I would have never expected to be greeted with a smile right away and have the representative pay so much attention to my needs. They asked questions and were very knowledgeable with their recommendations about phones, services, and everything thing else. I honestly had no idea a cell phone store could take care of so many of my electronic needs. They walked me through a few things I had no idea how to do on my new phone. They were very patient with me because I don’t have the best eyesight. I felt like they treated me like family. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone, tablet, or just looking to change phone plans. I plan on coming back this weekend to get my four children set up with phones as well. Thank you for taking the time to address all my needs.

Was considering switching to T-Mobile as my friends who use them had better coverage during our trip to the Virgin Islands. Much better. Went to the store by the mall and talked with Jenn. She was able get us set up on a family plan that gave each of us the features we needed. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was able to make recommendations that saved us even more. Go to this store and talk to Jenn and you'll walk away happy!

This T-Mobile location is always my go to! We have a business account and I have been very fortunate to always work with Carlos. Carlos always goes above and beyond to help me and our business giving us our best options. He is very knowledgeable and always looks for the best deals. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Carlos.

Have had an excellent experience at this location on multiple occasions. Jenn and her staff have been a great help in resolving any issues we’ve had after switching over from another cellular provider. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience at this store, Isabella one of the representatives of the store gave us misinformation, we came in with a broken phone and asked her what the our available options were, she told us that we could jump the phone being broken and get $500 credit toward the new phone, this information was absolutely incorrect all it did was pay off the already broken phone and we received 0 trade-in credits for our upgrades. We would have never ever upgraded if we knew we were getting 0 credit for the upgrade. Worst customer service experience I have ever had, Isabella is a scam artist.

Donny has some epic customer service skills! Speaking of skills, he is a mad multi-tasker; didn't miss a customer greeting, answered the phone a couple times while still attending to my account.I am a T-Mobile employee as well, so our accounts can be a little tricky sometimes. He did not miss a beat to upsell, build value and promote his store as the place to be for all your account needs.I 100% agree with Donny! 10 out of 10 recommend that store for all your device and account needs! Give him a promotion and a raise for his excellent customer service skills!
