First let me say T-Mobile service is great. We had Verizon and they were getting too pricey. While in Boise in August, we thought we would check out T-Mobile to see if they had a good promotion. Our daughter has T-Mobile and likes it. We were happy to learn they did have some promotions we were interested in. The manager is awesome and I’m sure it’s a mistake, but this mistake is costing us a lot. We were told that I could get the iPhone 14 Pro Max on them, (like Verizon) if I signed the contract. My husband got one of their free phones as well but not an iPhone. I traded my iPhone 13. We have been fighting this every month since then because the bill is stupid high. They tell me it will be straightened out and the promotions will go thru the next month, over and over. I finally got thru to a supervisor and was told that I am being charged nearly $46 every month for my phone and that the promotion I was told I was getting expired in APRIL! As most people are, we live on a tight budget. We were looking for a phone service not as expensive as Verizon, so why would I have ever agreed to pay $46 a month extra? We also are being charged for screen protectors which we did get but were told they were like $40 but weren’t told they would be a monthly payment as well. And we declined the protection plan but have been charged $18 a month per phone. I was so excited our monthly bill was going to be perfect I repeatedly asked if he was sure. We were so happy we took our granddaughter back a few days later and got her a phone line. The supervisor at 611 said there was nothing he could do, but I could file a complaint with the store. So, this is my first step. I could go back to Verizon, but we really like T-Mobile. We drove from Idaho to Oklahoma and it was perfect service. We got the $50 a month plan and our bill should never be nearly $300. The employees there are super friendly and professional, we were just given wrong promotional information.

This store has the worst team. The red headed heavy set gentleman is clearly on medication that hinders his ability to do his job. He falls asleep while you are talking to him and while he is trying to look at his screen. He uses that opportunity to nod out and not answer any questions or communicate in fixing any problem that you may have. I recommend going to any other location then. Federal Way The team on broadway is phenomenal I recommend going there

Great associate, I wish I could have done changes to my account. All if it could only be done online. And, blood pressure shows as an option on the galaxy 6, but it's not available in the us! Boo...

My experience was the worst I ever had in customer service , the lady in the front desk not only was rude to me but insulting, I got no help at all when I entered the place with the Internet of getting a new device at a two year commitment .

Avoid this location at all costs!!! They will lie and misinform you and the assistant manager will Landon does not have the power nor the will to correct the problem. Save yourself the headache and call the 800#.

I had the pleasure of working with Landon today at the Tmoble on Federal way.I came in to have my up grade on my phone and Landon walked me through the deals I had coming , and I wanted the blue tooth they had playing in the store. Landon got on the computer and did his magic. I walked out with my up grade phone and The blue tooth I really wanted.He saved me money,and my experience was the best I've ever had. Thank you Landon your definitely a Great asset for Tmoble. ALLYSON

I had a lot of problems with this phone and memory!! Cost me more than I thought. It would to get Internet and phone now!I thought I was entitled to sword discounts because of my! Also they did give me a very good phone for switching ! The internet has worked really well so far!

Customer service here was incredibly disappointing. If you need to cancel one of your lines, good luck. They give you the run around.

3 stars for decent service, reasonable prices, and tolerable online interaction.-2 for technical infrastructure, and non-reliable routers/tower Coverage in house-by-house pockets (this is Idaho.. we have actual weather patterns you silly billy; meaning a tower needs actual range).Not much great for internet stability, been suffering for over a Month with a rented router, thing says 4 bars, Great! thats not my internet speed, the reliability of speed or the fact I can have a signal, but not even be able to simply send a e-mail to my boss who's crossed the country for over a week because the thing's so hard to do anything with other then stare at the same no internet minigame on chrome for days to multiple weeks at a time.I'll likely still be with this company till a better deal presents its self, but after that I'm jumping on the first better deal, its ridiculous I'm paying for internet speeds of far over 5G, but only getting maybe 1G-3G if nothing is happening weather wise.Don't buy it if you work from home, it's not worth it!(removed a star for alts/bots/paid promotion from "local Guids" not a good look at all. based on my check. they're actually a 60.2% star business, yes thats a 3 star go figure)

Didn’t stay long, friendly hello (which was nice) but then heard the filthy music being played and quickly left as we did not want our kiddos hearing that inappropriate music. That stuff doesn’t belong in a business.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jake was so extremely helpful and kind. I can’t thank him enough! He helped us get a replacement Sim card and transfer one phone to another and was so kind and really knew his stuff. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. The store is so super awesome. I wish you were in Salt Lake where I live! Thank you again!

Idiots!! Zero customer service skills. Every answer was a flippant "can't help you". It's obvious they show up for a paycheck and watch the clock waiting for their shift to end. I left and went to the Broadway store. Totally different experience.

I walked in and said I wanted an upgrade. Ryan the customer service rep was indifferent and dismissive so was the female rep. When I asked howLong it would take to have a phone ordered he told me it would be at least a month without even checking. I got home and checked t mobiles web site and I could have one delivered to the store in 2 days
