Recently switched to T-Mobile. At this location, I made an appointment and Logan went above and beyond helping me. He was knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the best deal! I would 100% recommend him as a salesman.

Restored my faith in customer service. I thought I was about to be further in debt but after a charging port clean I can charge my phone. Keep your phone upside-down if in your pockets.

They made my choice to purchase an Apple smart watch / phone easy. I am almost 80 and suffered a recent fall which necessitated 911 transport to a local hospital. I have been concerned that might happen again when no help was available. Today JoJo was especially helpful knowlegable and very patient with my learning disabilities setting up this new system. Love her❤️ David has similarly helped me over the years, never a hard sell which I so appreciate!I know that this type of excellence only comes from the top down so you and your management are also to be applauded! Please include this praise in there employee record.

David and Parker are fabulous! Set up new lines for our business (online through care) and the porting process was a train wreck. Care rep was slow (if at all) responding and I was without a working phone for 2 days!!! After much frustration, I finally went into the Broadway store. They were so incredibly kind, professional and proficient to get everything working. Wish we would have just bought the phones in the store vs going online. Will definitely use their store going forward. Highly recommend their service and so grateful they fixed a problem they didn’t create, but happily fixed anyway.

My parents and I had a great experience today at T-Mobile. We were helped by Parker who stayed past his shift in order to make sure we were taken care of. The whole team took care of us, Miriah and Jojo were extremely helpful and patient. Even the manager David said hello and ceased any concerns we’d had. Thank you!!

After 14 days I'm trying to get my service started up and situated. I was sent into the store on Federal Way where the gentleman is clearly on meds. And nodding out in between every question or interaction with the customer when called out on this behavior in the employee decided that he was going to yell at me. They were unable to help us at that store. We had to call back in to the main number several times letting them know that we were not going to stop calling until they fixed our problem. S we were losing money daily at our job because of the way our phones were not working. We then went into the Broadway store in Boise. Where that team was phenomenal so far, no problems. We were able to get everything situated. Walk out of there with 2 phones, a great Wi-Fi system and some trackers. Thank you to this store manager. For having such a great team and going so over and beyond with us. I know that we were in your store for about 4 to 5 hours. So time consuming, we appreciate you taking that time to make our experience personal.

Our family had the BEST experience at this T-Mobile! We came in for new phone upgrades and not only were we SO impressed with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the manager and associates, but the cleanliness of the manager was truly top-notch. Multiple times throughout his service, he paused to go to the back and wash his hands. He even kept a bottle of hand sanitizer in his pocket just in case he needed to clean his hands while doing something important. What made this even more appreciated was that he apologized for washing his hands, ensuring he truly values our time. I have never experienced better service at another store, and I would recommend this T-Mobile to anyone who values friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism in a phone carrier. Best manager ever!

This store is amazing! I highly recommend these guys if you’re having trouble with anything! These guys hooked me up with some trackers a new phone and wifi! They wrote everything out nothing was hidden from me I love it! David is the manager there and always makes sure he’s involved with everything!

David is so amazing!!!!!!!! I'm so glad he is the store manager. I was having issues with my trackers they sold me and he went above and beyond to fix it! If any of you are curious on what product you should invest in it's the trackers you get 3 for cheap!!!! Come see him!

I came into T Mobile tonight for a new phone. I got the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a T Mobile with Jojo. Not only did she help me find the best way to save a bunch of money on my next upgrade, but helped me through a bunch of personal technical difficulties PAST CLOSING. She even went above and beyond that to offer help to the person that walked in with me, with eagerness and a positive attitude. Thank you so much Jojo, you’re amazing! :)

The manger on duty this Saturday Aug 19 2023, David was exceptional. I was dealing with an acenine T-Mobile corporate policy that requires us to use a phone for 40 days on their network before they will unlock it, even if you pay for the phone in full on day one.David Tim took care of me making phone calls to find out if this can be overridden (not), but when we figured out a work around with another line and new SIM card, he installed it for me and waived the replacement fee.If it were not for this person T-Mobile works have list me permanently as a customer today.

I am so impressed with this location and the awesome team of service professionals that are employed there. I had dropped my phone months ago and this afternoon it just stopped working. I needed a new phone- FAST! I had an idea of the new phone I wanted, but David told me about better one (same price). It was going to get sent to my house, but after a couple checks, he found me one that got delivered TODAY to his shop. Then it was time to get my phone to stop freezing up enough to transfer my essentials. David's team, including: Bryce, Parker, Miriah and Jojo seriously teamed up to get my glitchy phone working enough to transfer my contacts. They stayed patient through each failed attempt, as they tagged in to solve the issues. I can't believe they found me a phone and got me set up in the same visit, despite my broken phone issues.They just never stopped trying to ensure my phone worked enough to meet my needs. Their "can do” energy was a much needed refreshment through a stressful situation. I've gone to many TMobile locations, but I've never seen such dedication and teamwork, as I saw today. I watched as they kept trying different techniques to get the phone transferring and ensured my broken phone got wiped and safeguarded my security. If you're in the area with phone issues, or need a new phone- check them out; they will get you what you need. Thanks guys!

What happened when I went in here is actually illegal. Right off the bat, it was an obviously miserable person, who didn't want to be there. I was only in this store after the one by Walmart on State St. told me they couldn't help me 2 days earlier, because I got in there 35 minutes before closing. I was told by the girl working the process takes 40, which isn't true. Anyway, this employee at Broadway, to skip to it, in the midst of bad service, kept running to the bathroom, to obviously blowing it up in there, and I very highly suspect not wash his hands afterwards, and then handling my phone. At the end of the transaction, he told me to open my email, then said let me see your phone, he opened a Docusign app. And forged my signature for me(it should all be on your cameras). When I asked about "what is this"? It was the condenseding response of "well you want a phone don't you"? That must be part of their training. Either way,why would I not be the one to sign it? He said there would only be a tax charge. Not true. There is a mystery $85 charge, and today I get a message "thank you for purchasing protection360". I did no such thing. I'm going to get the law involved since Tmoble won't do anything. ThisTmoblie employee forged my signature, and has been buying stuff from Tmoble in my name.Update: after sending a long email, I was blatantly ignored. No surprise there. This situation has put me in a very bad place.
