Raylin is THE BEST. She's had to deal with my ever changing situation (I only lived in Boise very temporarily and have since moved across the country- but Raylin has always taken care of me and been reassuring at every step.)
Raylin is always accessible, promptly answers any calls, always has all the answers as needed. The facilites are top notch and clean and exceptionally well maintained. Personnel are on-site 24/7 so if anything weird is going on, they will know.
She also has on-site moving vehicles so any transition through her factility is one-stop as well (I rented a cargo van to complete my transition OUT of ID and store my thigns with her until I know where I will need my stuff next.
Raylin and her management of the facilities is the most exceptional customer experience I have ever had with any product or service.
Thank you Raylin. You ARE the BEST!

Shout out to Raylyn for making our experience at Storage Plus an excellent one. She was always cordial, helpful and went above and beyond to make our moving and storage experiences less stressful. She does a great job keeping everything clean too.We liked the options of indoor climate controlled units as well. We rented with STORAGE PLUS Meridian for several years and would choose them again.

I've had a climate controlled unit for a couple of years and love it for our stuff we need protected from extreme temperatures. Increased rental fees (I think yearly) have been very low. We then needed a 10x20 because another well know storage facility in our area raised our rate that started at $175 in June of 2021, to $318 in November 2023. We paid $500 to move our contents to Storage PLUS saving us $153 bucks a month! I called on the phone and spoke with Raylyn, and she was AWESOME! She said she had a 10x20 available and would put my name on it until I could come in and complete the paperwork. Raylyn was very nice and helpful. The storage place I left, it was more likely than not that you had to talk to a kiosk agent! Thank you Raylyn for helping us so quickly and efficiently!!

We recently moved to the Eagle area and needed a storage facility for our household goods while our house was being completed. We found StoragePlus, Eagle Road, filled all our needs. Raylyn, the proprietor, was amazing to work with. She found us just the right units to fit our needs. Their prices are very competitive. She does a great job keeping this facility very clean. They even provide a unit where you can drop off items in good condition that can be donated to local charities. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Fantastic service. Raylyn is cool and accommodating. I’ve had a friend have problems at two separate storage locations, and I was baffled as my experience was seamless.

It was by chance I selected StoragePLUS Eagle Rd. The location was the perfect mid point between the moves. Since choosing the location, the facility manager (Raylyn) has reinforced it was a great location; she has been helpful and efficient in my storage/move needs. Facility is in great shape.
