I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The cute, clean little office tucked away from the road was very inviting. Dalton assisted me today and exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, ensuring I understood everything thoroughly. He had me in and out quickly, and I left feeling very confident I understood everything. Highly recommend!

This location does a great job and the folks here are really nice and helpful. It’s nice that it is 24/7 entry. My only minor gripe is the units don’t have lights inside of them, but that’s explained before you even reserve a unit. Cameras are everywhere which is nice for insurance purposes just in case something happens.

I found two Stor-it self storage facilities near my new residence, however, neither had a unit that met my requirements. They were extremely attentive and added me to their wait list, and told me they would call if anything came open. A couple of days later, I found a unit that would suffice at another Stor-it facility a few miles away. I was in the process transferring my possessions to that facility, when I received a call from one of the more convenient locations, and was told they had a unit that met my needs. They took care of the cancellation, and transferred my account to the next location. The customer service at each location was exemplary!

I've had a storage unit several times over the years and my experience with Stor-It on Malad in Boise is the best service I've gotten of all of them. Dalton is professional, responsive and kind. I highly recommend him and Stor-It on Malad if you're in need of storage!

Great customer service! What I appreciated was how proactive the management was and how they helped me transfer responsibility from my elderly father to me. They even proactively reminded me 3 weeks later when I forgot a form!Final move out was easy with no hassle. Super professional folks to work with!

Economically fair price compared to other storage in the area. Easy access and quality customer service. There is a reason Stor-It has been around the longest and is located almost everywhere.
