Lotto ticket got jammed after scanning my 60$ winner and would not give me the tickets I was requesting the kid at counter said he didn't have a key pushed a 50$ ticket and said looks like it worked to me then walked to the back so I left with a ticket I didn't ask for and lost 10 bucks

I went here a couple weeks ago I paid with my debit card, purchased water and asked for $5 back. The receipt didn’t print and the cashier named Cameron wouldn’t release the $5, gas pump and water bottle unless I showed him proof by showing him my banking application if the payment went through. He said that his boss makes him do that and there were customers waiting and it was a humiliating experience. At one point the cashier Cameron stopped helping me and moved on with another customer until I gave in to show proof that payment went through. I felt I had no choice but to show my bank app payment discreetly without showing any of my confidential information so he can let me go. I never will come back here again and I did report the incident to Stinker HQ. It was very unethical for the cashier to ask to see proof like that and I never had that happen to me and I don’t think his boss requires to check proof of payment. I am disappointed. I have been here many times prior to this incident and I never had a bad experience until now.

The employees at this store are the most kind hearted people! They are always involved in supporting the homeless kids at the Hays house shelter. I can't say enough about the love and kindness that the Stinker station crew shows to our community! Much love and Respect!

Needed a couple photos of a beverage display and instead of just taking then I thought it would be more respectful to notify the person on shift of what I was doing and I was told that I couldn't. You know I've been going to this gas station since is was a Chevron like 20 some odd years ago. I spend my money here almost on a daily basis, my girlfriend even remarks about how loyal I am to this Stinker. So it feels almost like a betrayal that they wouldn't let me take a couple harmless photographs of their beverage display. At the time there wasn't even customer in the store to be bothered by me. When I work in customer service I try to keep in the forefront of my mind that every cent in may paycheck comes from the customer, not the company I'm working for, that it's that customer that deserves my loyalty above all else. As consumers we shouldn't tolerate it when the establishments that we chose to spend our hard earned money at don't show us that they appreciate our business. It's not like Stinker is cheaper or the only gas station around. I'm more than happy to take my business somewhere else. Since all gas stations' prices are a rip off customer service is the distinguishing factor setting one apart from another. I basically refuse to shop somewhere that they value my business so little that they won't allow me to do something that has no negative effects upon anyone anywhere at anytime that would be a great benefit to me. It's an anti customer policy and though I know they don't care since no one has enough integrity to feel even a shred of loyalty to their customers for supplying every penny in their paychecks, I'm never coming back here.
