I don’t understand the low ish rating on this place… every time I have gone in I have been met with wonderful people ready to help find whatever I needed. Jason is a MVP. He’s helped me and my family multiple times and he always is the sweetest and goes over the top for us. I give this store an A+ and am grateful it’s here. It’s clean, stocked, easily accessible and has plenty of parking.

I went to Staples to return a product. I received a15% discount coupon and used it that visit got a new desk chair and a few other office supplies. Everything was in stock easy to find and the employees helped with loading my purchases

Called to try and get information on if you guys print out invitations for people and pricing on it and Emily was no help at all. Instead of trying to help me and give me the information needed that I asked for multiple times, she just told me to go online and do it myself pretty much. Even after asking her if she could just tell me the pricing for the 3rd time she just said it should all be online. Employees should be there to help the customer not just say to go online and figure it all out yourself. Very unprofessional experience.
