My husband came to claim his free coffee (from the app) & the guy behind the counter (who is an assistant manager) gave him a hard time when all my husband said was "you're the only ones open. Ty for being open so early." The guy behind the counter said "Yeah, normal people aren't up this early & getting free coffee." Just a disappointing experience especially after the great reviews I just read about this place having such friendly staff.

The staff at this store are AMAZING and as accommodating as possible within their capabilities. They allowed me to change my baby in the office since there isn't a changing station in the bathroom and kept my baby entertained and smiling as I made a bottle. Would 100/100 reccommend
