Started off o.k. with on line reserving a parking space. Then an hour wasted filling out a contract with a glitch in it that requies entering active duty followup info that didn't apply and no instructions on the work around. Resolved with agent. Then the paperwork requirements. Copies of registrations for the 3 items I planned to store along with 3 photos of each item and insurance coverage proof for each. Scanned and submitted all that, submitted, then advised that each item had to be scanned on separate pages for individual files. Geez! How about just make copies if you have to have separate files? Then was informed that a new contract was required because my credit card has Dave on it but my drivers license has David. Ridiculous. So I'm not using Simply Storage, found another place with much less hassles involved.

It's okay, they keep raising the rate. Way over priced for a dirt lot with stakes hanging out half the time and the gate to get in never works the first time you punch in the code

Madison was so friendly and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with. The entire process of sharing pertinent documents and finalizing the lease was efficient and secure. We are really happy with our space and the ease of getting our trailer in and out. I would recommend simply storage to anyone with an RV or travel trailer.
