Great Deal on the room,very spacious, close to everything, easy access,front desk was very helpful and courteous highly recommend. Budget friendly, grounds are kept very clean.Rooms: Beds are very comfortable. Compared to other so called luxury hotels I've stayed at.Safety: Felt very safe, the location is near the airport and near everything didn't have to do much walking.Walkability: Safe to walk, the area has been cleaned up, and they are making an effort to make it more walking friendly.Food & drinks: Food is very well priced. Had no issues getting my take-out delivered from outside restaurants.

Don’t go to the restroom because they will literally try to knock down the door and tell you to get out, extremely rude. Next time I will go to the bathroom on the sidewalk in front of the hotel before I go back in there. Never been treated like a hoodlum just to use the restroom. Definitely doesn’t make me want to stay here. I mean it’s a human basic need.

For an all-suite hotel, we were disappointed.The rooms are not much larger than regular hotel/motel rooms. No couch or sitting corner.The kitchen is sufficient with the appliances, but no utensils, plates, cups or anything else that are typically provided in suites hotels.We were also advised that they don't have any housekeeping on the weekends. WHY???And to top it off, they don't offer any breakfast whatsoever. Only a 10% discount across the street...Not very happy... :-(

This place is the best and most economical place to stay near the airport in Boise. For a few dollars more than the more budget and potentially rugged hotels you can stay with very friendly staff, clean rooms, updated building, and a hotel that is really trying to do the best it can in its economy bracket. Simple Suites hits all the marks and is such a winner in my opinion! I will likely always try and stay here first when I'm working or passing through Boise. I used the airport shuttle, I used the city transit system, I worked from my room on high speed Wifi, and everything I expect from high end hotels downtown was available here at Simple. Thanks!

Quick, efficient, super friendly service when checking in. Rooms where very clean and spacious. Loved the full fridge with ice maker. And little kitchenette. Bathroom had amazing lighting too which made me oddly happy.

The room was great and service was excellent ?. Unfortunately all throughout the night ? doors were being slammed and there was constant noise from outside the room. I think more soundproofing would have been usefull as I've never experienced that much noise in a hotel room. Finally the air was locked ? I understand why bit it is a drawback.

Clean rooms, and cold AC. Staff is friendly and enthusiastic to help. The convenience store in the lobby has everything from toothpaste and laundry detergent, to instant ramen and ice cream. TCL 4 series smart TVs in the rooms makes for easy entertainment and relaxing time - great with some ice cream!

Great hotel. Great service. The rooms are amazing. Has a microwave, stove and full size fridge. Big bathroom. Mini store area in the lobby. Applebee's restaurant is across the street. We are 5 mins from the airport too.

Love this place! My friend and I stayed here on 2 separate occasions, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, had everything we needed. Would def go back.

Great experience. Went through with a moving truck and Zach at the front desk offered to help carry our houseplants to our room in heavy rain as he was leaving his shift. What amazing staff!

We absolutely loved our stay. I do not understand the lower reviews. The staff is amazing. Jaime, Lupe, Zach, and Denise receive a special mention. They are definitely customer-service oriented. The room was very clean and had all that we needed. They offer free laundry and other amenities. I would not stay any where else when in Boise. Thank you.

I had a last minute request for early check in that they were able to accommodate. The room was clean and comfortable with a full size fridge, two burner stove and kitchen sink, and microwave for long term stays. It was surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. The beds are firm and it was the perfect room for my stay.Rooms: The rooms are set up like long stay suites with a full size fridge, kitchen sink, cupboards, stove and microwave. The room we had was not a connecting room thankfully. The curtains block out all the light, and the door didn't have a gap at the bottom. It was quiet even near the airport.Walkability: There's an Applebee's close by, like within two blocks and a gas station. It's location puts you at easy access to the freeway and town.

WONDERFUL staff! Friendly and helpful with the stress of travelling. It was a joy to stay here! I highly recommend this hotel because it’s close to the Boise Airport, they offer a kitchenette, a full size fridge and have a very comfortable bed. Checked in last minute when another hotel couldn’t accommodate and couldn’t be more thrilled to someday stay here again.

This place is nice. There was a glitch when we booked three rooms online. Upon arrival we only had one, but they worked on it until they found us two more rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, no complaints. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Would stay there again.

With a name like Simple Suites I wasn't surprised that there were not the extras like breakfast or a pool but the price for the rooms was more expensive than a lot of other hotels in the area that do offer the extras. It was a nice hotel with a large, clean rooms. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars just because of the price for what you get, otherwise all the rest was a 5.
