I enjoy the convenience that they provide and thought this would be a good match for my business, but unfortunately, I've had a lot of errors, which has begun to impact our reputation with our customers. I have gotten four angry messages of shipping errors from customers in the last 24 hours alone and I'm pretty livid. It's lost me revenue because they send people the wrong items, which I can't accept returns on. After more than a year, I'm finally feeling fed up and will be looking for a new service provider to switch to when my current inventory runs out. I don't know how their other customer experiences have been, but I can say that mine hasn't been too positive and I feel like I need to be honest about that so others looking for a fulfillment service can truly consider their options.

Unfortunately you are NOT making SHIP happen. Thanksgiving morning I ordered 10 containers of Energenesis from The Energy Blueprint. It is still in pre-shipment status today. Many members of The Energy Blueprint Facebook Group, including me, are very disappointed, sad, and frustrated at your inability to move our orders, especially people who ordered 5 containers. Evidently there was a problem with the weight of the 5-container orders. Some were evidently cancelled. Can you hire more temporary staff to get these very delayed orders out? You have certainly not polished your branding since Thanksgiving. I am asking you if you can do better than this.

I was denied service by ShipZoom today solely based upon what we sell. We do not sell anything that is dangerous or illegal, so I feel this is outright discrimination. I was told that they could not take us on because 23 SKU's was too much to fulfill. I do not buy this BS! I understand that every USA based company has the right to deny service under USA law to any individual or company for any reason. That also goes to say that every individual has the right to express how he/she feels about said company.
