“I went into postal connection today. Needed a form printed out, and a notary service done, the two ladies in there were very helpful.. My notary form was not the correct writing so they drew up a whole new one and fixed everything and helped me through the computer to get the document out of my email as I was having trouble on my phone. They were super nice. Super polite, and couldn't have done it without them.”
“I recently decided to upgrade the packaging labels for my company and hesitantly went to the Staples store located at 8059 W. Preece Drive
Boise, ID 83704. I am rather old school and thought the only way I could get quality service and printing would be from a locally owned print shop. My wife being cost conscious insisted we try Staples.
Man! Am I surprised at the results!
First off I wish to give Kait who helped us in the printing area when we visited the absolute highest rating possible. She is way way way beyond a 5 star rating! The way she listened to what I hoped the final outcome for my labels would be was extremely impressive. I felt so comfortable after talking with her for just a couple of minutes that I gave her complete freedom to design my labels for me. In a very short time she sent me 4 different layouts and all 4 were so good it took me longer to choose the one that I ultimately chose than it took for her to design all 4.
I picked up my order today and am beyond happy with the results!

“This Vista location, is a wonderful UPS Store, especially their employee Kiley. She is always so friendly and really practices great customer service! I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have. This UPS Store and the customers are very lucky to have a great employee like Kiley.”

I'm a Over the road truck driver and it may be another two weeks before I can get back to check. If a 18 wheeler parks on the street in front of the building that's me trying to get my package.”

Don't judge a business by your lack of reading the return instructions entirely... I admit that's exactly what I did, and received courteous professional communication from the gentleman working that day.”

“There was a mixup on an important package that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. After submitting an online form and stopping into the main office, they had it fixed and the package in my hands within a half hour. Thought I was out of luck since it was a weekend, but they were on it. Shout out to the delivery guy and the package manager. Much appreciated!”

“Sheryl at the Overland USPS station is my HERO!! I arrived in person 10 minutes before closing to try and pick up an important package before leaving the next day on my trip. All of the staff members took time to search for this package (that was not yet processed or supposed to go out for delivery until the next day) after hours. After the news they were unable to find it at this time, I returned home. An hour later, I see Sheryl pull up to my house in a mail truck with my package. She stayed even longer at work to find it for me because she knew how important it was that I get it before heading on my trip AND took the time out of her day to hand deliver it to me. We need more Sheryl’s in this world!!! Thank you USPS Overland and Sheryl!”

“I’ve had many encounters with many post offices all over the United States. Most of the time no one ever answers and many employees I’ve spoken with are short and rude and that’s if you get through to someone. I called this branch today because I had a package on a Sunday say that at 11 pm at night it was returned to sender due to an insufficient address. I thought that was odd on a Sunday and so late. I called today hoping to just pick up before it was sent back and Tony answered. He was incredibly friendly, didn’t rush me off the phone and genuinely cared about my issue. He took my information and told me he’d look for the package and call me back. I’m just glad to know there are still people like Tony working for the post office.”
