My whole experience with ShadeWorks was great. From the sales person who came to my house. Kelsey calling me to let me know what to expect next. To the guys that came to install the patio cover. They were fast efficient and clean. I love my patio cover. I am very happy with the look and quality.

We had our patio cover built by ShadeWorks and we are so happy and glad we chose them. Other companies had given us ridiculous estimates for a patio cover. We called ShadeWorks and their estimate was a fraction of the other estimates. The quality of the patio cover is superb. Rey was great to deal with. Will recommend ShadeWorks to anyone looking for a great quality product and great customer service.

ShadeWorks' workmanship and professionalism are top tier. They built my pergola in less than two days and it looks great. Before and during the build, they kept me informed on the progress and of the arrival time of the men doing the installation.
They cleaned up the site afterwards.

In our initial steps to secure a Patio build, we contacted three separate businesses in the area.. The first showed up with nothing more than a notepad and pencil to record the details of the structure that we were looking to have built. Though polite and reasonably engaging, the one representative seemed in a hurry and took little to no notes and then was late in responding to me on details.. We moved on to a second business that never got back to us. Alas, SHADEWORKS responded to our inquiry immediately providing an online brochure representing all of their product lines with a host of photos. They were prompt in arriving for our first appointment and immediately had some idea as to what we were looking for and were able to answer questions with responses that we could easily comprehend. This is when we met Nick, who became the spearhead of communication with us throughout the process. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and can-do attitude. He was quick to respond to any communication by us whether email or by phone and gave us a sense that we came first. We were kept abreast weekly of their schedule structure so that we never felt like we were out of touch. When our build job came up, the two young gentlemen that arrived on scene, Ray and Christian, Were quick to impress us With a diligent, can-do attitude And unwavering professionalism Throughout the three day project and reflect well on the leadership at Shadeworks. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with Shadeworks and the product they provided us.

I absolutely love my new ShadeWorks patio cover. It was important for me to have a clean, contemporary style to go with my newly painted black and gray home. I selected the 8” Timber Frame post for a heftier look, combined with the simple bevel edge ends on the overhead pieces. ShadeWorks offered their product in the color black, which looks beautiful with my home. I worked with Nick Smith who helped me determine the size of my new patio cover. Nick hit it out of the ballpark with the patio design. ShadeWorks had Dillion and Terrance install the patio, and they did a fantastic job putting it together. They were hard-working, conscientious guys who got the patio installed in a timely manner. I chose ShadeWorks because they provide a high-quality product. They have an excellent reputation, so I got only ONE bid because they are so highly thought of in the industry. Thank you Shadeworks!

This is the second year we have used Shadeworks to complete our patio. Once again it was a pleasure to work with this company. From phone call, to planning, to completion, they handle everything professionally and thoroughly. With our west facing patio, we added a shade. This made the perfect patio private space, protected from the evening sun. Wonderful!! Their product is very high quality. You will not go wrong working with this company. We love our Patio.

Make sure to ask if a pergola will truly give you shade if this is what you’re looking for because it won’t. Especially if you are looking for shade to the south or west. 50% shade from the top is worthless.
After you realize this, after installation, they will suggest roller shades. These are expensive, blow in the wind and block the views being outside can provide.
After seeing their response, I want to add that they are the shade experts. I asked if the pergola would provide shade. The sales person not only said yes but recommended that it extended way out on the grass to insure that we would be happy.
It didn’t, check out the picture.
They offered to modify and install a shade screen at $99.00/hr plus the cost of the screen which they would not comment to.
Just make sure that you want a beautiful pergola at $12,000.00 plus that looks great but provides no shade relief.

We were trying to figure out what to do for shade after removing several overgrown trees in our backyard. The trees provided almost full shade all day to our swim spa and patio, and after removed, our spa was in full sun all day which rendered it useless for my disabled son. Nick from ShadeWorks came out to our house for the estimate. With some brainstorming, we decided a covered patio for the spa would be the perfect solution. In addition, we decided a pergola over the patio would nicely compliment the spa cover. The swim spa also has a handicap lift and they were able to make some custom accommodations. The plans were detailed to ensure accuracy. In addition, the team went above and beyond to get the project completed before my son's graduation party. The team performing the construction was very friendly and extremely competent. They finished the work promptly and left site looking even better than when they started. The project far exceeded our expectations and we LOVE our new patio cover and pergola. I can't recommend ShadeWorks enough. Their products are superior to any other of the vendors we researched and very competitively priced. Everyone at the graduation party raved about the new addition. Thanks ShadeWorks!

Shadeworks did our pergola back in 2020. There were delays in service, but we were told and we accepted that Covid had delayed everything. They did an excellent job and we loved our pergola. We reached out to Shadeworks in late 2023 to change the Pergola to a solid patio cover. We did not hear from them, so we contacted them again and our salesman, Nate, come out on January 12. He gave us a bid, which we accepted, and put down our %50 deposit. They told us that the cover would be converted between March 15-31. They informed us that there was a delay and the new date would be April 1-15. They missed that date again, due to delays in "materials". The changed the new date of service to April 15-30. After many calls, and my persistence, they finally completed the new patio cover on May 3. We do really love their craftsmanship. The patio cover is awesome. My only complaint is their seemingly inability to set a date and follow through with their time commitments. I do highly recommend Shadeworks, as long as it doesn't matter when it gets done.
