They have a policy of not consigning clothing with stains/damage. However, a coat I purchased here had loose buttons and a rust stain. When I brought it to their attention they were rude and insisted the buttons were strongly stitched and that they wouldn't fall off. With their feedback, I purchased the $65 dollar coat with trust that they knew what they were talking about. A couple days later, not to my surprise, the buttons began popping off. I worked on stitching them back up and noticed they were previously sewn on multiple times and re-threading the buttons was nearly impossible because the fabric was worn in those areas. The buttons were loose and continued to fall off. Of course, there could be no returns, and I can't now reconsign this item as there is a rust stain and missing buttons.Very frustrating experience I had here and a waste of $65 :( I will still continue shopping here, but beware and pay attention to what you are buying as they clearly don't check their products thoroughly enough.

I have been a couple times but my most recent visit was the best. I came in with my partner and the woman working that day helped us put together our entire outfits for a flapper-themed event! Accessories and all. She was so helpful and we were happy to only have to go to one place to put together both our outfits.

AMAZING place to discover and find exactly ? what you are looking for in vintage clothing. ? You can say what type of clothing you are looking for and "boom"! They found about 7 different looks, and I had a room ready to try on before I had asked.

Pretty cool store. Who ever was working the front counter was TOTALLY rude. Telling my 12 year old not to try on any hats (that we were trying to buy?!!) Yelled at my other kid for running... Which he was not... Absolutely ridiculous. I had probably $300 worth of clothes ready to buy, put them down and left.

Really nice people there. It's pretty crowded in there, but there's something for every female shopper at very reasonable prices.

Cute stuff The smell on the clothing is strong even if you wash it several times . Smells like a grandma if you know what I mean . Prices are reasonable for used clothing.

I had a bad time consigning at this place. I came in and dropped my things off on a Friday, they asked if I wanted things they couldn’t take to be donated or to be picked up, I said donated. They said they would call me by the following Tuesday. I called them almost immediately to ask if I could change to picking my things up- they said yes. I didn’t hear from them until the following Friday and they stated they could take three things and they had already donated the rest. Poor communication - don’t consign here.

Do not ever go to this place. Everthing is so old and overpriced. You are better off doing shopping anywhere else.Staff at the counter are so unfriendly and rude unfortunately. besides that there is apsolutly nothing to buy in this place.
