I would highly recommend seeing the makeup artist Kendra to do a Hydra Facial and Lip perk. I have seen her two times and both times she was very professional and made me feel comfortable and recommended me some great products after the service. After the Hydra Facial I had an employee walk by and notice my skin and even made a comment about how it was glowing. Very friendly staff at this location.Kendra is a true pro and exceeds in customer service and takes her time to go over procedures and products. Definitely will be coming back to see her again for more services and products.

I know it looks funny leaving a review for a make-up store, but I went in here looking for some gift ideas for my wife. I have to say I was greatly impressed with the amount of attention and help that two or three associates gave me trying to help me find some products or come up with ideas. I really appreciated that.

The customer service here is great. The salesperson I dealt with was not only friendly but very informative. I went in looking for a certain product and came out very satisfied with my experience. It's not my first going, and it won't be my last. Highly recommend the lip service ?

Sunday aug13/23 Horrible experience rude employee the girl with fluorescent green bangs refused to let my son have a sample of cologne to see if it would work with his chemistry. She said it was not sephoras policy to give a sample and he had to get a Sephora account to do so. I asked if he could have it with mine again was told no. I’d love clarification if a minor has to have a Sephora account to have kind customer service. Kindness goes a long way.

I went to the Sephora in Town Center Mall in Boise and worked with salesperson named Sharon and she REALLY helped me so much with a foundation color after she ran a small machine across my skin that comes with with suggestions in foundation brands and colors. I've been using the wrong color for a long time. I am very happy with her suggestions and the color that I ended up getting is a GREAT match. Thank you Sharon.

This store has some of the best service I have ever experienced. I am a young girl with little knowledge about makeup. Most of the times, I feel nervous to ask for help, but the store associates at this Sephora location stepped right in to aid me in any way possible. I want to give a special shout-out to Cameron. The only makeup advice I have ever received is from social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, but Cameron changed that today. Cameron not only helped me choose the perfect shade of blush for my skin tone, but also taught me where I should put it to accentuate my face shape. He is an EXPERT in makeup and I am very very grateful for how much I learned from him :)

So I walked into the Boise Mall Sephora Store and was treated very poorly by on older women who was working there. She didn’t want to help me find the products I needed,I’ll never shop at that particular store in the mall again!

It was my first time there and I didn’t know where anything was and so I saw a worker and I went up to her and was gonna ask her a question and she looks me in the eyes and says “I’m with a client right now sorry” but literally was gonna ask one question and that was rude asfk I literally gave her a death stare and walked away she acted like she was better then me with her botched lip fillers? and after that she avoided me and I saw her talking to other workers obviously talking about me she wasn’t slick. She’s Asian and she looks like jenniferngo from tiktok. yeah so either put her in place or fire her cause she refused customer service. All the other workers were nice and helpful. She works at Sephora in the boise mall btw.

I would give them a negative star if I could. Honestly, some of the rudest employees work here. I’ve MULTIPLE bad experiences at this store, but today took the cake.I was never greeted (multiple employees were taking photos of themselves), I clearly needed assistance, no employee came up to ask me if I needed help & when I asked for help the person “helping” me couldn’t even give me the time of day. The store had just gotten inventory & instead of checking the inventory sheet (I have worked in retail, they can do this) this person told me to come back tomorrow to check to see if they had it. While leaving absolutely no one said good bye. I then went to Ulta, where the staff went above for me.There is a reason I shop online.
