The lady is a serious jerk she was having a bad day seemed like she was over her day which is fine we all have bad days but my goodness just off putting and super short and we brought a foundation to return With receipt literally all said nope we will not take this back bye it’s over30 days!! By 1 day I shop here all the time but I won’t be back the last two times I had to grab two foundations ppl in and out and Employees they had standing chatting with each other just in fron of us so my fiancé just grabbed two foundations saying just get whichever two your closest shade and then we’ll come back and return it we had a family matter to attend to out of town came back today tried to return it and she just didn’t even give me any other options it sucks

Usually I don’t have a good experience with the employees here but I came in today with a mission for a very specific lipstick shade. A girl named Somoa was right at the door and greeted me. Was very excited when I described what I needed and brought me at least 10 very similar options until we found the right one. I grabbed a couple other things I needed and at check out asked her a question about what product would be best for an acne issue I was having. She was very knowledgeable about what products would work well and also how it would react to other skin care products. She gave me a small sample and let me know how to use it. All in all was a very good experience. Customer service genuinely changed my perception of makeup shopping. 3/5 for the store itself. 5/5 for Somoa.

I went to the Sephora at the mall today 3/3/25 at 3:30pm and a Asian worker there with black hair that was slicked back kept making me and my boyfriend uncomfortable like if we where gonna steal something we weren’t even there for 5 mins and she was following me then him and coming up to us and asking questions and just standing there next to me making it awkward to shop just staring at me to the point me and my bf got mad that we was about to say something to her face when she started coming back to us but another lady stoped her to ask a question that we just left. Felt so uncomfortable like she was making us feel like criminals all the other workers where fine and kind.

I would highly recommend seeing the makeup artist Kendra to do a Hydra Facial and Lip perk. I have seen her two times and both times she was very professional and made me feel comfortable and recommended me some great products after the service. After the Hydra Facial I had an employee walk by and notice my skin and even made a comment about how it was glowing. Very friendly staff at this location.Kendra is a true pro and exceeds in customer service and takes her time to go over procedures and products. Definitely will be coming back to see her again for more services and products.

I know it looks funny leaving a review for a make-up store, but I went in here looking for some gift ideas for my wife. I have to say I was greatly impressed with the amount of attention and help that two or three associates gave me trying to help me find some products or come up with ideas. I really appreciated that.
