Quality furniture and great staff. I have purchased a number of furnishings from this store and it's pretty much our furnishings go to at this point. Previously, we've shopped at RC Willey, Ashley, etc. We found that particularly when it comes to living room furnishings, Scandinavian Designs is by far the best. The other stores kind of all had similar style, medium quality furniture. We really like the furniture quality, and also the customer service of Scandinavian Designs. The sales people (esse (sp?)) are there to help, but not really breathing down your neck at every turn, which is appreciated - they have figured out pretty well how to be available, but not over bearing.

Scandinavian Designs Outlet store. Drove from Eagle Idaho to visit this store and search for needed furniture. The store was closed...closed on Tuesdays & Wednesday! What? I have never heard of a retail store being closed two days in the middle of the week. This is unacceptable to me. Will not go back.

They have a variety of products and furniture which is nice. However, they treat their workers poorly and fire them after 90 days. I once saw some type of manager yelling at a young woman with short hair to move things around. I would consider shopping there, but definitely not working there.

We recently purchased a few furniture pieces at Scandinavian Designs in Boise. The clean lines and simple yet elegant designs are what drew us in. The sales associates were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. They provided suggestions and ensured we were satisfied with our selections. The prices seem reasonable and competitive. We found the exact coffee table we wanted for a cheaper price at the Scandanavian Outlet next door. This store is a definite go-to for anyone looking for Scandinavian-inspired furniture.

Prompt delivery per scheduled. Our items arrived earlier than expected, and so it was a joyful added “Christmas gift”. Will go to Scandavian Designs for more furniture buying.

Super customer service. Sofa arrived in perfect condition. However they no longer deliver to Ketchum/Hailey but associate was very helpful in finding me a delivery service.

Purchased couch, kitchen table, chairs, Stressless chairs and accessories. Had an issue with the motor of one chair and they were on it. Great product and options and great customer service.

We just received four Hendricks gold fabric upholstered chairs for our dining room. They are lovely and sturdy, well worth the time it took for them to arrive in Boise. Prior to ordering these chairs, we purchased four chairs in a different style and color. Unfortunately, when we got them home and put them in our dining room, we did not like the look. Scandinavian design staff helped us return the chairs and order the new chairs. This was an easy process and there were no problems associated with the return. I enjoyed working with Scandinavian design staff, and I love their furniture. I will definitely look to them for future furniture needs.

We absolutely love both the main store and the outlet. We've been so pleased with all of our purchases from them. The prices are so affordable, despite the misconception that they're an expensive place to shop.All of the staff are so friendly and do everything they can to make your shopping excursion a success. We also love that they all work as a team. This is our go-to for furniture and accessories.

We had some great help finding what we need from Janean and Claire. Janean especially helped us through the ordering process for some new Stressless chairs and is seeing to their delivery to our new home in another state. Complex move. She made everything easy for us.

Love this furniture store, they have such a great selection and my sales rep spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and helping me find the right furniture for my new home. Everything came in timely as well. A wonderful selection of New Modern furniture that I couldn't find at another store in the Treasure Valley.
