Overpriced. I prefer a thrift store where I can actually get a good deal stuck as st Vincent or the DI

OVERPRICED. More expensive than Goodwill or Idaho Youth Ranch with the same quality and cleanliness. I found dollar store decor that Savers was reselling for more than $1.25 for each item (like a set of 3 Halloween bowls from the dollar store for $5)
Pair of average jeans? $8-$20. Female jackets? $8-$25.
Old Canvas decor? $12
Ridiculously overpriced.

Who doesn't love a used clothing store where you pay full price, have to bring your own bags, and doesn't offer fitting rooms!
12.99 for a plain black tshirt!
15$ for tattered stained hoodies!

They are selling mason jars, used, no lids and only the glass for $5, used blankets with holes are $30 a piece. Clothing like $20 for a used t shirt. This place is a joke. New Masson jars at Walmart are less than $2, blankets are $15 new, t shirts are about $7 at Walmart. Whoever sets your prices needs a solid kick in the shin or elsewhere to bring them back to reality. Your about 300-400% way to high in your pricing for free stuff given to you. How you gonna charge double what it cost new? Do not shop or support this business!

Absolute highway robbery! They want a small fortune for enduring. It's not a theft store. And on busted broken trash.

Where was once a joy to shop has now turned into a massive failure. The customer service is non-existent. Prices are higher than what you would pay at a normal store. This is donated content! Consider donating your used goods to a true non-profit such as the Idaho youth ranch.

A suitable place for used items

THIS IS A GIANT SCAM. The greed and dishonesty of this company is seriously despicable. The prices are astronomical, no fitting rooms, and a piss poor exchange policy. I seriously hope this business goes out of business instead of the mom and pop stores you compete against. Gross.

There is a ton of cool stuff here, only problem is they look up prices so everything ends up being super expensive.

Sells used items for more than they originally cost. I’ve seen dollar store or Target $3 and $5 pieces marked up to 3 or 4 times their original cost. Costume jewelry is marked up to genuine vintage prices. It’s honestly disgusting. I could go to any TJ Maxx and pay less for almost any NEW item than what they would charge for it at this “thrift” store.

I use to love Savers. I have donated countless boxes of clothes and home goods to them. They removed the dressing rooms during COVID. Now they have a no return policy. Only exchange for items of the same price or less. What a hassle to buy overpriced used clothes. Go next door the the youth ranch that actually helps the community. They also have dressing rooms, fair prices and you can return your items with in 7 days. Wish I could give them zero stars!

Bought a Sterling Silver Lapis ring and within an hour of the purchase I noticed it was missing a prong holding the stone. I return to the store immediately to get a refund or credit but was told no refunds can be given on jewelry. And the employee even remembered me and the purchase. Bad business if you ask me! I’ll just take mine elsewhere. What a rip off!
