Horrible! People are rude! They said my insurance expired though I've had the same insurance for 14 years! Said they never received the prescription though when I called they said it would be ready in 30 min. That was 3 hours prior to me going to pick it up.

I’ve been a customer for many years. The staff is professional and friendly. On several occasions I’ve needed help with refilling prescriptions on short notice or help with transferring prescriptions from old to new providers - they have always exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their excellent customer service.

They never answer the phone and when they do you wait on hold for at least 30 min.

Phil is the best always ready to help beyond expectations . The rest of staff have same attitude. Line is usually slow but it is not there fault, more help would help.

So I have been going to this pharmacy for a good 20 years. I have always had very good experiences. I have been to quite a few different ones and I am here to tell you that out of ALL pharmacies I have been to, PHIL IS THE ALL TIME BEST PHARMACIST, AÑD THE VERY KINDEST HUMAN BEING THAT WORKS THEIR. He is not fake and he genuinely cares for his customers. We love you PHIL!!

There has to be a better way to pickup a prescription these guys hold up the line for several minutes per customer is very common. Most of us already got something ready to go and we have to sit in line waiting on these life story tellers

Phil is always so helpful and takes the time to explain whenever you have questions. The other staff aren't as friendly and always act like you're bothering them. Giving it 4 stars because of Phil.
