Salon Services in Boise left me thoroughly impressed with their outstanding service and attention to detail. Alisa, along with the rest of the staff, provided excellent assistance in ensuring the shelves were well-stocked and addressing all my needs in this retail store that caters to salon professionals. The immaculate environment of the salon underscored their commitment to cleanliness and professionalism. For those seeking quality products and exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Salon Services. I absolutely LOVE salon services! Leslie was extremely helpful and so, so knowledgeable about different products & color lines. She was absolutely willing to answer any and all the questions I could think of while shopping in store. Hands down the best customer service I've received at any one of the product stores EVER. 100% satisfied.

I cannot say enough about Salon Services, The staff here seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful . As soon as i walked in i was given a warm , and smiling welcome ! I believe it was the manager Alisa who impressed me with all that she knew about the hair care products i was curious about and i was very satisfied , you guys have set yourselves apart from all others!

I don't get in there as much as I would like but today I was helped by Kelly and Leslie and they were absolutely awesome! They both were very knowledgeable on all the products and qualified to be working there. Not only did I appreciate their intellect on the products I am unfamiliar with but they're kind and pleasant demeanor was exceptionally appreciated! I honestly can't say enough kind word about these lady's working there.Not only were both the ladies extremely kind and helpful but after a few minutes of answering my questions and helping me Kelly actually remembered me and helping me almost 6 months ago! Talk about exceptional service!If you want awesome products with great knowledgeable staff then I suggest you come check out Salon Services if you are a licensed cosmetologist. Thanks ladies ?

I absolutely love Salon Services. It is the best place to find new and fun to try, products. I have always bought my color, facial , and hair products here.The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable .They have been very helpful when I have a challenge or question.I highly recommend Salon Services, for hairdressers in the Boise area.For those hairdressers in Utah, try Salon Services, I think you’ll be glad you did!

The ladies there are so nice and helpful, BUT the computer system needs help so definitely plan a few extra minutes for the ringing up process, especially if you need a receipt. Also, if something is listed as a promo in your email, it has to be the packaged one at the store. You can't put products together to create the promo but they can order it for you!

Let me start by saying I hate writing negative reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary to do so. I went into this store today to purchase the Living Proof liter size of both the shampoo & conditioner for the amazing promotion of $25.08 each , which they had sent me the promotion via email and I can login online and see the same promotion price. Long story short they did NOT let me purchase the exact product/size of product for that promotion price($25.08 each). Instead they up-charged the price to $40.12 each liter and said that there was a mistake in the promotional email and cannot honor the $25.08 deal. I then asked why there was no updated email sent out and along side that why the website is STILL advertising the $25 price. Their response was nothing but them saying it's a mistake and we cannot honor that price. All in all I'm just annoyed that I was falsely advertised the promotional pricing for these items and I get to the store to find that they are almost doubled in price. The website is still honoring the $25 liters so I will be returning what I bought in store and just order online from now on. Not only was my in-store experience awful but just the lack of communication/education as to why they are having different pricing in their emails /online is beyond me. Make it easy on yourself and just order online !

I came in to buy bedroom hair buy Kevin Murphy. Trying to find prices is ridiculous. When I wanted to buy some of the smaller sample sizes they had none. When I went to check out they couldn't find me in the system. This is the third time this is happened. They could not give me a receipt for my product. They wanted to email it to me. Well I need paper trails for my business. And then they couldn't even swipe my debit card. They had to manually put the numbers in. As a salon professional I don't have time to wait for things like this. For the prices they have they need to step up their game.
