Placed an order online. Got an email that it was ready to be picked up. Get there and it turns out the color I ordered is sold out. Never got an email letting me know it wasn't available. So I find another color in the same brand, which should have been the same price and covered since I already ordered and wasn't getting the original color I wanted. But nope. Wanted me to pay again, but double what I paid originally. It would be nice if someone would at least tell you what's going on instead of having a bunch of surprises just trying to buy some hair dye.

I've been dreading having to pick up more dye for my hair, but the sweet lady at the register was absolutely amazing. She was kind and helpful, I didn't catch her name, but I really appreciated her kindness and friendly demeanor. It's definitely my new go-to!!

This is your typical Sally's, lots of polish, hair color and toners, etc! The only major flaw was having incorrect closing and opening times listed. Call to check times so you don't waste time and gas like we did. Aside from that, no issues!

I just left Sally's & was so thoroughly impressed! Was greeted right when walking in & promptly helped by both Susan & Maddie. They were both very knowledgeable with assisting me find clarifying shampoo, leave in conditioner & a mask for my course wavy hair. I can't wait to go home & use these new products. Really felt like a queen ? the way both gals swooped in to answer my specific questions! Phenomenal customer service ladies & Sally Beauty ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

This stores level of customer service is sub par at best. They canceled my order, then told me that it wasn’t canceled and I could still come pick it up, and then when I got there they proceeded to tell me that it was in fact canceled and I would have to pay for it again when I hadn’t even gotten the money back for the original purchase. The employees working didn’t even try to make it right. Sally’s has lost my business for good. Highly do not recommend this place unless you want to get scammed.
