We had American Family for years with our previous agent and our experience was amazing, any time we had a claim or any insurance questions she was right on it and made it so easy for us. Our agent retired and we were assure our service would continue to be amazing and effortless as it had been. It was not long we realized that was not the case, as a growing company we need agents that will grow with us and it had seemed we did not have that any longer with Keen agency as our new agent. One of our techs was rear ended shortly before we changed carriers and we have been fighting to get something resolved since Feb-2022. I have sent countless emails and made multiple calls trying to find out what is going on and why we still have a wrecked vehicle. After 10 months of trying to get answers they say they changed the estimate we sent in by over $7,000.00, with out sending an adjuster out to look at it, and sent us a check for what they thought it should cost us. When asked about it and when the rest would be here or how to proceed we kept getting told they couldn't help us cause we are not customers any longer. And that it was our fault for cancelling our policy and creating a mess for them-one of my favorite saying from all this was they didn't make any money off of us since we cancelled. Personal policies might be ok but Businesses beware. Crazy

I highly recommend Ryan and his team! I’ve been with them since my very first car. Years later and a few cars down the road, I now have my home insurance with AF. During the home buying process, Ryan had a packet and quote ready before I initially reached out - which was a huge stress relief off the checklist. Any time I’ve had issues with claims, I reach out to Ryan and he gets my concerns taken care of. I have looked at other quotes in the past but they were way more spendy than what AM Fam offers. Email response from the team has quick turnaround. 12/10 service!

In picking an insurance agency customer service is the most important thing to us. Lori and Felix consistently blow us away by their kindness, professionalism, helpfulness and quick responses. Lori has helped us every step of the way with our new business and has gone the extra mile for us over and over again to make sure we have everything we need. So happy we landed at this office for all of our personal and business insurances. I have zero doubt this is the best office in town.

I have been with this agent for several years. I moved to Oregon and I still go through Ryan Keen for homeowners insurance and auto insurance and life insurance. I always get excellent service. And everyone in the office are always helpful and have great attitudes. They never disappoint.

I have been a client of America Family Insurance Ryan Keens Agency for the past five years. Brittney Byrne is my agent and has provided great service. I hit a deer with my Cadillac CTS totaling the vehicle. I was concerned that the settlement would not be enough to purchase a car of equal value. Actually I ended up with about $1500 more than book value. They even paid me back for the new brakes and tires I had recently had fixed on my Cadillac. We where able to buy a even better car with less miles. America Family Insurance rate where also lower than the compilation. Currently we have 4 cars and our home insured with AF. I cannot recommend this agency enough. From customer service to speed of claim service, they are great at what they do! I have been insured here now for 3 years and have received wonderful service from Ryan and his team. Brittney Byrne is always quick to answer any of my questions regarding my policy and prompt in returning calls. She and Ryan have helped many of my friends with their insurance needs and I am always receiving personal thank you's from these friends for sending them her direction because they are so happy to have found this agency and see it for the gem it is.
