This older lady named Sandy or something close to that was absolutely worthless. She didn't know any of the answers to the questions I asked about my feet or the shoes I wanted to buy. She seemed drunk or something. Total waste of space. The owners need to consider hiring someone who can actually do their job.

My experience with Brett was lack luster. He was rude and arrogant. He was a straight up A hole. He needs to work on his people skills. Total D bag. I have not come across some one who is such a pompous person in a long time.

Every time I have visited Rosendahl’s the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I always get my questions answered in a very timely manner. Rosendahls is an excellent part of the community.

I don't usually take time to write a review but this time I felt like I really should. I have been having pain in my arches for a long time and always thought it may be the shoes I wear so I stopped in. I was happily greeted by a man named Jeffery. I explained to him what's going on and he was able to get me into a pair of shoes that solves my issue. The friendliness and professionalism I experienced today will definitely have me back again

I just want to start with saying I don't like feet! but I have developed an issue with my feet getting pressure from the front sides of my shoes for years. Jeffrey was a tremendous help with getting measured and a pair of wide shoes. Had I'd known I would have done this years ago. Thank you so much Jeffrey and Rosendahls.
