updated about covid testing called pharmacy after five days they acted like they knew nothing I said where do you send my test what state they said they have no clue I said you take they test you dont know what happens to it she said no I said where do you send it ? she says They dont she dosnt do anything with it project base line picks up I said you dont know what they do she said no thats how rite aid handles your test by they dont know anything this was after five days trying to find out results for work ?

I stopped by this location about 6:15 on Saturday nite 11/14/20. There was just one employee stocking shelves, not wearing a mask. He was coughing and hacking so I fled the store as quickly as possible without making a purchase. Covid is raging in Idaho (hello 5th in the nation per capita). Won't be going back there until the the pandemic is over.

Pharmacy continues to get worse. Very slow filling prescriptions. New staff is lost, doesn't seem to know what is going on. Guesses instead of getting facts concerning refills. This place has been understaffed for a long time and it's only getting worse!

This has to be the best pharmacy and overall store management I've ever seen. I forgot my debit card when picking up a prescription the other day (left it in the reader) and they called me right away to tell me they had it & would hold it for me in their safe. Every time I pick up prescriptions they are fast and thorough. Thank you for being a thousand times better than most drug stores!!

Had to transfer a medication from another pharmacy after I moved. There was a transcription error that held up my medication but the woman helping me was thorough and quickly caught it. Not only this but she was kind, friendly, courteous, helpful and I felt like she genuinely cared. Wow! Very impressed! Thanks!

These people know my name and have been very helpful. Even when my mom died they sent a sympathy card and everyone signed it. They text you when they fill your prescriptions and let you know of up coming refills. They contact your doctor for you if you run out of refills and will do automatic refills. They help you get discounts thru companies and work with most insurance. It even has drive thru!

I was in today around noon and the store seemed deserted. I didn't see any staff while I walking around; however, when I was ready to check out the cashier was really nice and kind, no rudeness at all. The store was very clean, just no one was to be seen or heard.

Called in 2 scripts on Friday. It is Monday...1 filled 1 not...in 20 minutes so far. Not that many people here. My last shot with these guys. Not the first time this has happened.

I defination of read the reviews before going into this Rite Aid store. I was not expecting rudeness from the cashier, I have no idea if she was just having a badd day or what the situation was. I need to get something quickly get in and get out to get back to work, But I'm not gonna let it stop me from helping my customers instead I learn from it and move forward. If the person dies having a badd day I hope your day does get better, and though you help me get what I needed I felt that I was not treated as a customer but instead a nuisance, however that could have been my attitude for being in a rush and I apologize if that was the case.In all fairness I did get what I needed the store was relatively clean but my experience was not the best.

Staff often has trouble getting the correct medicine, is usually slow, and most of the staff is rude. Mike is the only person who does their job, and is the only reason I like about Rite Aid

I am a big fan of Rite Aid. It's expensive on some items, but their sales and the plenty points make for good sales. If you're a coupon-er then Rite Aid is the way to go. I've gotten many of great deals at Rite Aid, especially this one! This store has very friendly staff. They often run out of sale products; therefore, I can't give them 5 stars, but all Rite Aid's run out quickly honestly. The close at 7 on Sunday which is odd and unfortunate.
